This is a really good drawing, except for a few minor flaws, in fact, I wouldn't even really call them flaws. 1. The eyes are a little too large to be believable, and gives her a slightly startled/afraid image. 2. Her hair could be a little less solid; try using the smudge tool for a more natural feel to it. Hope these tips work for you; I'm no great artist myself, so I should be the last one giving critique, but, it's there if you need it ;-)
