“my god where did you learn to fight like that?” said pan walking out of the gym with her opponent and new friend. “oh you know here and there.” Said Rowan. “so what was you're name again?” said pan whipeing her brow with a towel. “Rowan Highwind” “well I've got to go get changed meet me out here in a few minuets?” said pan. “ok” said Rowan as the two walked to the separate locker rooms. “so pan how do you like rowan?” said jasper a fellow marital arts student. “he's an awesome fighter what do you know about him?” said pan. “oh not a whole lot he just entered in to the school today just moved here you know.” “he said he was at the head of his class!” said pan taking off her gee' “well I guess he wanted to fight you. hey I got to go but I'll call ya later.” Said jasper “all right” said pan doing a secret hand shake her and jasper thought up. After pan stripped out of her under ware and put her new cloths and deodorant on she walked out of the locker room to see Rowan standing across the hall from her. He waved to her and walked over to her “hey pan where do you live?” asked Rowan “excuse me?” said pan “oh nothing meant by it I just live on riff road and I was wondering if you were walking that way.” Said Rowan honestly “ I live on riff road want to walk together?” “sure” said Rowan. “Pan I've got to tell you something I'm not at the head of my class I just said that to fight you.” “I know jasper told me and that's bull shit you are so at the head of you're class!” “yeah I guess so.” Said Rowan after a few miles pan broke the silence and said, “hey how do you know about sayin's?” “Well in all honesty because I am part sayin” said Rowan “how is that possible we are all but whipped out” said Pan “I'm one half sayin my dad came to earth to hide form his pursuers meat my mom and pop out came me my dad left after one night though.” Said Rowan “oh I see sorry I asked” said pan bashfully. “naw it's cool pan” the two finally arrived at pans house “how much farther do you live?” asked pan “actually that's my house right there” Rowan pointed to the house next to pans that was newly built. “oh so you're the one who's had that house being built well in that case you want to come over for dinner?” “sure” said Rowan as the two walked in to pans house “hi mom hi dad can my friend stay for supper?” asked pan as she walked in to her house. “sure oh you can throw you're stuff next to pan's” said vedel. “thank you miss?” said Rowan as he put his gee bag down. “oh just call me vedel and that's gohan over there.” “hello sir” said Rowan “rowan this way” said Pan from another room. Rowan followed pans voice to what was obviously pans room. “wow” said Rowan “yeah this is my room so what do you wanna talk about?” said pan sitting on her bed” “shit” said Rowan “excuse me?” said pan “oh no I have to go tell my mom I'm over here I'll be right back.” Rowan walked to the door ad vedel said “leaving all ready?” “oh no I just have to ask my mom if I can be over here we live next door to you now” said Rowan “oh really well please ask you're mother to come over for dinner.” “ok back in a flash.” Rowan walked out the door and shut it behind him. pan come out of her room in to the kitchen and said “ohh smells good mom” “thank you honey, tell us about you're new friend will you?” said vedel “actually believe it or not he's a half sayin. I fought him at grandpas gym.” Said Pan sitting down at the table “he is how?” asked Gohan putting down his newspaper “his dad escaped to earth and had to leave his mom.” “oh how sad” said vedel. A few moments later Rowan returned with his mother a woman about vedel age and physics but with red hair. “hello I am miss Highwind.” “hello I'm vedel just make you're self at home” miss Highwind sat at the table across from pan. “kids dinner will be ready in about an hour go play.” The kids retreated in to pans room again pan sat on her bed and asked “ what do you wanna talk about?” asked pan Rowan sat on her bed next to her. “what school do you go to?” asked Rowan “orange star high.” said Pan “that's where I'm going wanna walk tougher tomorrow?” “sure around 7?” “ok” said Rowan “hey you like LP I see” said Rowan referring to the Linkin park poster on pan's wall. “yeah there my favorite band” said Pan “mine too!” said Rowan. “awesome well we have something in common. I guess.” Said pan “hey guys I'm home!” said a familiar voice to pan but strange to Rowan “grandpa!” said pan as she flew off of her bed and out in to the kitchen. Rowan followed out of instent “hey whos this?” asked goku holding pan on his shoulder “this is rowan dad he's a sayin” “oh really cool I thought my family and vegetas family were the last of us, so what can you do?” asked goku. “nothing much.” “ said rowan blushing “oh don't be bashfull he can turn his hair blond long and become covered with hair with a tail no less.” Said miss Highwind beaming with pride. “MOM!” said Rowan embarrsed. “can you really?” said goku setting pan down. “yes but I don't like to brag I feel like a freak.” Said Rowan “please show us.” Said Goku Rowan walked out side and said “don't scream.” And as if it was nothing he went through the first three stages off super sayin and the he hit the fourth there he grunted a little. But still a thick layer of red haircovered his body and a tail sprouted out of his rear end. No one spoke for a moment but the person to break the silence was pan. “that means you threw our fight!” “not really in that form you beat me. My power goes in stages you beat me fairly.” Said Rowan “well I must say this is very odd” said goku Rowan powered down to his normal state. “oh great” said Rowan holding his stomach “what? Are you ok?” said pan sencerly “now I'm hungry.” The entirety of the group all grunted at the same time. “he's defiantly sayin.” The group walked inside and sat at the table well vedel served dinner. “my horoscope said something bout this. That's why I came down here” Said goku as he poured out some noodles the rest of the diner pass pretty'l easly. Rowan went home andpan was helping clean up. “so pan you fought him?” said vedel “yeah I was down at grandpa's gym and he challenged me. After I called him out.” “so how old is he?” said vedel smileing. “he's my age and I know what you're getting at and I don't even know him that well yet.” “but you think he cute don't ya?” “mom!” said Pan blushing. After dishes were done pan went to her room and changed in to her pj's and went to sleep. Pan woke up at 6 got a shower aet breakfast and walked out side at about 6:30 am. She saw rowan doing katas she walked up behind him and said. “You ready rowan?” “oh yeah just wakeing up that's all.” Rowan grabed his bag and he and pan started walking to school through the walk pan was thinking about her mom asking if they were going out. “should I ask him out? He is cute GOD pan you don't even know this kid!” thought pan to her self. “hey pan?” asked Rowan “yeah?” said pan. “you're the first person in this city to have given me a chance and well thanks.” “aw no prob you know I think you're my best boyfriend..eek! oh that didn't come out right” “haha aw come her girlfriend” said Rowan jokeingly pan laughed a fake laugh “really hopeing something changes the subject” thought pan to her self.” “huh?” said Rowan “pan look out!” said Rowan as he pulled her out of the way of a speeding car the two lost there balance and pan fell on top of Rowan. face to face with the first boy who wasn't afraid of her pan blushed. “umm thanks rowan.” “no prob pan.” Said rowan
