Miromaru sat on her bed wondering what her plan of action should be she knew that her father was renowned for his strategic planning but she hadn't a clue where to start well that wasn't entirely true .she needed to find out where they were being held. She had heard rumors that they were being held in a place in the far north. Which meant in order to search there she would either have to cross or circumvent the northern lands. It was beyond that this palace lay but she didn’t want to take the weeks that it would take to go around, then again she didn’t wish to have another confrontation with Lord Amon either. Of course her cousin said that he wasn't angry, she didn't want to deal with him but could she do it alone? Well she could ask her Uncle Inuyasha for help? No he is needed to protect the young ones. Well there is cousin Shippo? {But I don't know where He went after he left the other night } she let out an audible grown well maybe I could ask lord tashio for help? . No that wont do either I would appear week besides I need him here to help with the lands. Her thoughts were interrupted as a sent waifed through her balcony doors with another audible grown she went to meet her guest. By the time she reached the castle gates there he stood demanding to be let in in a soft voice with a hard tone she said” Lord Amon what a surprise how may I be of assistance”. He bit out” for starters let me in” with a nod of her head the guards stepped aside and allowed him to pass. For the first time she really looked at him he was tall as tall as her father and built about the same but that is where the similarities ended. His hair was a red brown and in a high ponytail and his eyes were ice blue and unlike her fathers his emotions showed clearly in his eyes. His markings were also different from hers or her fathers. While her stripes were the dark magenta color as was her fathers well hers were a bit darker than his were. His was a blood red. The birthright marking on his forehead was a jade crescent facing the opposite direction as the midnight blue that adorned her forehead and where she had a ring or purple stars that surrounded her crescent he had a single blood red star next to his. He was in full armor and he wore two swords .He came to stand in front of her she still standing on the wall .what he did and said next made her fall off the wall. Lord Amon had decided that he needed to try and build trust and he also felt the compulsion to let her know that he was grateful for her actions. But was annoyed to say the least that she had yet to jump down from the wall on witch she stood . He was pleased that he sensed no fear from her or maybe it annoyed him a little he was trying to decide that in his own mind when he pushed that back for later thought . He looked up at her (now that annoyed him) to see her looking down at him as if expecting him to say his peace right here and now .So annoyed at her but determined to do what he set about to do he kneeled before her and quietly stated” Lord Miromaru I would like to apologize for my behavior the other day . I will keep my word and assist you on the quest to free our fathers ”with that said he looked up. Pleased to say the least at the look of astonishment on her face the next instant she fell off the wall. He easily caught her and was shocked as just how light she was. Thinking to him as he placed her gently on the ground that she can’t weight more than forty pounds at the very most.
Miromaru was berating her self for her loss of composure. Even more so when she found herself in his arms though thankful the instant he placed her on the ground she thought for a moment and simply said “thank you lord Amon I will accept your aid”. Miromaru quickly turned and walked away beckoning Lord Amon to fallow she lead him to the library as she still thought of the study as her fathers. She asked if he wanted anything and he declined .She told him of the rumors that she had heard. She was grateful that he agreed that it was a good place to start so the decision was made that they would leave in the morning .she summoned a servant to show Lord Amon to guest quarters and silently walked out without another word.

He reasoned with himself that he did indeed need to go after his Father and he somehow knew that she would stop at nothing to free her father, so why not join up and work together? Then another voice in his head screamed at him because she is just a girl child! He reasoned that although she is just that she has shown more courage than any demon he had ever heard of especially when you took her age into consideration. His conversation with himself was cut short when a servant knocked at the door to wake and show him to the dining hall. He walked in to see Miromaru seated not at the head of the table as he had expected but just right of the head he took the seat that was set for him across from her. He could see no emotion in her eyes he thought to his self it must be a family thing .her soft voice called him out of his thoughts. “ Did you sleep well?” He replied that he did indeed and they ate in silence .She excused herself from the table and informed him she was going to change for their trip that she would meet him out front in one hour. He nodded his agreement as he had a mouth full of food and could not speak. One-hour hour later she emerged from the castle as she was as he first saw her in his captor’s dungeon. She had on a suit and armor that was like that of an exterminator her armor was a purple that matched the stars of her birthright mark and the rest was a midnight blue that matched her crescent. She wore no cloke now but the four swords were on her small hips two of them were far to large for her so he decided to question her on this” Hey what is with the huge swords there clearly far to big for you”. She turned her amber eyes to him still showing no emotion she said” there my father’s swords his captors threw them away. Tokijin possessed three of the men who took my father so after killing the last one they just left it. Tensaiga cannot cut so they threw it away; as well .I will return them to my father the moment we find him.” After a long pause he didn’t reply she then said “don’t fool your self I can use them if I need to” .The look in his eyes said that he didn’t believe her so without a word she withdrew Tokijin. It begin to glow she aimed it at a tree and with the flick of her wrist the tree exploded into a million pieces. He stood with shock and awe on his face.” I stand corrected “was all Lord Amon could say. Miromaru was elated at her minor victory as she sheathed tokijin. They continued on in silence for about five hours and Miromaru broke the silence and asked” Lord Amon may I ask how were you captured?" He sighed he knew that question was coming but he knew that he couldn’t answer it for he didn't remember. Sensing his hesitation she said “its alright Lord Amon you don't have to tell me I understand but may I drop the Lord when I speak to you since we are both Lords and of equal status now? Besides technically we are husband and wife”. It was just then when she said that, that her words from the day she freed him rang clearly in his head and he spoke. “ What did you mean the day that you let me out was I surprised to see you or surprised to see you alive?”. She stopped dead in her tracks then she growled softly at him he turned to her and she looked angry although he had no idea as to why. Her voice took on a cold calm when she spoke next” what in the hell do you mean what did I mean you tried to kill me that's what I mean!” . He looked at her in utter confusion she saw this and softened a little. Then her eyes lost the anger, which was replaced with boredom, and she stated softly “you don't remember at all do you?” . Now it was he that was angry and he bit out “ the only time I have ever attacked you was the other day in the meadow”. She shook her head at him and in a quiet voice said “ twenty months ago just after I healed from the ambush I took my sisters to my uncle Inuyasha for protection. On my way back I decided to see how you and your family faired. I thought that since you were allies I should .I entered you lands from the west and was a day into the northern lands when you came across me you attacked me without warning and we fought I was hurt badly you left me to die “. Her statement ended in a rather biting tone when he said nothing she continued “ I don't know how but my cousin Shippo found me and took care of me and took me to my uncle’s village to heal.” . Her voice quiet again “ and you don't remember doing this?” She looked into his ice blue eyes she could see the answer there he really didn't remember {how could this be} she wondered then said out loud.” Can I drop the Lord or not?” He mumbled “yes you may as long as I may as well" she sighed and said “good I am glad that's settled” but she could see he was deep in thought trying to remember. When she thought to her self {could that be me if I hadn’t been hurt enough to not be able to move for a week? would I have gone into a rage and not remembered it?}. Finally Amon spoke” is that why you made me give my word that I would not kill you upon my release. Why you were ready when I attacked you?” She looked up at him and simply said “yes”.
