I want to embrace you
but I can't

to kiss you
and let you wash away all of my worries
I don't care
when or where
whether I'm 12 or 22
I want to love you
but I can't
I can't
I'll disgrace myself
everyone
me,you, the people we love
everything
but there will be a day
when I will be able to do these
things that
I long so much to do
but for now I'll put it behind me
( at least I'll try...)
