It had been a week since Cherri became a mew and Corina invited her and the other mews to spend the night at her house. (AN: if you can call it that!) They were all having fun: they had snacks, watched a movie, and now it was on to the biggest part of the night: Truth or Dare!! “Ok Cherri, truth or dare?” Zoey carefully questioned her friend.

“Um, dare?”

“Ok…I dare you to run to the window, open it up, and yell to the world who you think is really hot!” Corina said with a slight smirk as Cherri's face got paler with every word.

“Do I have to Zoey?” Zoey just nodded happily at her. “Ok. Fine!! *deep sigh*” Cherri ran to the window and opened it up. She then put one foot on the edge and hoisted herself up. She stood with open arms as she screamed to the world: “I THINK ELLIOT GRANT IS SO HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” She got down and huffed then turned to look at her friends who had very shocked looks upon their faces. “What? What's so bad about Elliot?”

“Nothing Cherri……except…” Bridgette looked hesitantly at her feet. Then around to everyone else asking one of them to go on.

Renee finally bowed her head gesturing that she would continue. “Except Cherri, he lives in the café and that's practically right next to Corina's house. And you yelled it so loud I wouldn't be surprised if he comes over here in a few minutes.” Cherri's blood suddenly got really cold.

“Oh my gosh!! I have to get out of here fast!!!! You guys I'm going for a run I'll be back in a few ok? I'll take my power pendant so I'll be fine.” Cherri rushed around Corina's room getting all of her stuff together. She quickly ran into the bathroom and changed and did her hair again. Everyone just nodded their heads as Cherri rushed out of Corina's house.

“She's gonna run right into him huh?” Zoey asked. The other's just nodded their heads.

She ran as fast as she could, avoiding the occasional by-stander. *Wow! This feels like a week ago runningto the café only this time I'm running away from it.* She had no clue where she was running to, but it had to be some place where she would be safe from Elliot. Cherri looked over her shoulder every second worried that Elliot might see her and stop her to talk. She did not need that right now. Suddenly though she noticed that she had ran into a large object. “Stupid clumsy me I can't believe I ran into a tree. Man I'm a dork,” she mumbled rubbing her head.

“Who are you calling a tree? Huh Cherri?” Her eyes focused on the man before her……………….Elliot. (AN: This would be the best cliffhanger but I'm not that mean……………… or am I? ^_~ LOL.). *Oh no!! What `m I gonna do now? He heard me I just know it!* Cherri was starting to cry and had to turn her head away from him so that he couldn't see her tears.

“Um, Elliot why are you out tonight? Me? I'm just out for a run! Ha Ha!!” She couldn't say anything to his face it would just be too embarrassing. “Cherri? You can face me now. I know you're crying and I heard what you said. I was actually walking back to the café from the store and I heard you. You have a strong voice.” He said all of this with a small smile on his face.

“I'm sorry I didn't mean to I was dared……… but I do think that you are cute. *Gasp!* I can't believe I just told you that!! Aw man I probably seem so stupid to you.” Cherri couldn't help but ramble.

“Cherri calm down. You don't seem stupid to me. You seem like a carefree, playful, caring, thoughtful, intelligent, and very fun person to be around. I also know that you're a very strong and will do a lot to protect you're friends. Plus………I think you're hot too. Zoey and Corina were right, just meeting you or not I thought that you were SUPER cute.” Elliot couldn't help but smirk as Cherri started blushing like crazy as he spoke. “You really like me Elliot?” “No” Cherri's face fell fast as she heard that word come out. It was like glass to her heart. Then he lifted her head. “I love you Cherri.” Cherri looked up and saw nothing but truth and compassion in his eyes. Cherri felt her heart flutter.

“I love you too.” They both knew that the others were standing in the shadows but they didn't care for even one minute. Elliot softly lifted Cherri's head. Then knowing they wanted more than anything to be with each other. And to finish off their chaotic night, it started to snow JUST as they kissed. They tore apart from each other reluctantly to watch the snow fall. “Miracles do come true, huh Elliot?”

He looked down at her shining face. “Yea…and you're my miracle.” And with that they kissed again. They could've stayed like that forever except when Kiki tried to jump out of the bushes everyone tried to stop her and they all ended up blowing their cover. Elliot and Cherri looked behind them and laughed along with their group of friends.
