Don't own YGO GX or any songs or Nintendo Wii games used or any characters used (except my O/Cs), so MLo thanks for the permission to use your O/Cs. Kinasha Kaiba, I've got a wonderful idea for this chapter but it requires the use of the dragoness Kinasha to do it so I thank you in advance.

Mike woke up to Alexis yelling at him to wake up. It was the day of the duel and Mike was anxious to do well. "Is Zane still here?" Mike said as he sat up. "No, he left about an hour ago, and you missed breakfast." Alexis said as she handed Mike his blazer. "Is it still being served though?" Mike asked as he rubbed his eyes, and started for the bathroom. "No." Alexis said as Mike started the shower. About ten minutes later Mike was ready to leave the dorm. "Hey Lex, could you grab me a bottle of Vault from the fridge?" Mike asked as he checked to make sure his decks were all accounted for. "You know what that stuff does to you." Alexis said worriedly. "Oh, it's only one bottle it won't hurt me that badly." Mike said as he crossed the room to put his shoes on. Alexis sighed and then asked "Red or Green?" "Red." Mike replied as he took the bottle from Alexis and opened the cap. "That stuff kinda looks like..." Alexis started. "Blood, yeah I know." Mike finished for her. "If you want some just take it, I can get more." Mike continued. "Ok, thanks but I've already eaten." Alexis said smiling. "So I noticed that you didn't get in until late last night, what happened?" Alexis asked as Mike opened the door to start off for the main arena of the academy. "Chazz's roommate stopped me at the door, gave me the third degree, then let me get your stuff." Mike explained. "I heard that but what happened afterward, because the whole third degree thing lasted only about ten seconds then there was a long silence, I thought I heard some whimpering, but apart from that I don't have much stuff. Are you sure nothing happened?" Alexis asked in the same worried tone that she used when asking about the Vault. "No, nothing happened. I wouldn't do that kind of thing." Mike said as Alexis followed him out the door.

"Are those bite marks?" Alexis examined Mike's arm as he seemed to not use it as much as usually does. "What, I don't see anything." Mike was clearly looking at the marks on his arm. "They look like animal bite marks but they're in the shape of a human's bite circle." Alexis continued to examine the marks searching all of Mike's exposed skin. Chazz met them half way to the arena. "So I hear you were in my dorm." Chazz said. "Yeah I came to get Alexis' stuff, I met your roommate, she was nice, a little pale but nice all the same. Of course if you've got something going on with her I'll try not to talk to her." Mike smiled. Chazz out of a reflex grabbed at the right side of his neck. "You ok?" Mike asked. "Why do you care slacker?" Chazz replied nervously. "I'm trying to be a friend, now are you ok?" Mike was getting frustrated. "I'm fine, just stay away from Kinasha, she's not herself recently." Chazz said as he began to loosen his grip on his neck. He turned to walk away, but Alexis stopped him. She pulled down the collar of Chazz's jacket only to have it pulled away as Chazz began to run toward the arena. Kinasha, a Slifer red student and the subject of the last paragraph came skipping along. "How are my two favorite guys?" The slightly pale white girl said as she wrapped her arms around the two guys. "We've gotta go." Alexis said as she pulled Mike away by his collar. "What's wrong?" Mike said as he freed himself from Alexis' death grip. "I don't trust Kinasha, she seems a little too sweet." Alexis said frowning. "What you think she'll give me diabetes if I hang out with her?" Mike said with a chuckle. "I'm serious, why did she call you one of her favorite guys?" Alexis interrogated. "I don't know, maybe she hasn't gotten the memo that I'm taken and she really likes me or something." Mike said as he began to walk off.

Mike arrived at the arena in time for his duel. He walked to the middle of the arena to be greeted by cheers from the audience. Mike waved back at them but was then looked upon with confused gazes. "Huh?" Mike asked himself. He turned around to find his answer. "I'm dueling Zane?!" Mike yelled. "Why are you so suprised. Put the pieces of the puzzle together." Zane started. Mike slapped the palm of his head to his forehead. "Why didn't I figure it out." Mike said as he took out the infamous 'Deck 13'. "And we'll be dueling on my terms so put on the collar and wrist bands in that case." Zane said as Mike put on a black twin-spiked collar and matching wrist bands. "What are these?" Mike said as a slight vibration began to shoot through the collar. "They'll let you feel life point loss." Zane said as he activated his duel disk. "Ok...so umm...I'm gonna win and you're gonna stop being a goth, cause frankly you're kinda scary." Mike was making light of the situation. "I'll remain like this forever, nobody can beat me. A miracle will have to take place here to have you beat me." Zane took on an evil smirk as he took his turn. "I summon my Blast Dragon in attack mode." Zane said as he ended his turn. "I play my ritual spell card End of The World and sacrifice my Dark Magician and Dark Mimic Lv 1so I can summon Demise, King of Armageddon in attack mode." Mike said. A giant skull-headed fiend holding a staff rose from the ground and faced the dragon. "Next I play one card face down, and I end my turn." Mike ended. "You won't get very far in the pro leagues if you only use monsters that require a ritual to summon them." Zane stated. "Oh, don't be fooled my monster has yet to reveal his true potential." Mike replied. "Yeah yeah, they all say that, now watch as I summon my Hell Dragon in attack mode. His effect is one of my personal favorites it gets destroyed during my end phase, but it can come back just as easily." Zane ended his turn and his dragon went up in flames. "That's a real pointless effect." Mike said as he drew a card. "I now activate Call of The Haunted to bring back my Dark Magician, I then play Final Countdown. By paying two thousand life points I can make the duel end in ten of your turns and ten of mine." Mike said as his life point counter lost half of it's original amount. "This is where it gets fun." Zane said. Almost immediatley a huge electric shock was released from the neck and wrist bands. Mike screamed in pain as the electricity surged through his body. It sounded horrible and it made many people cry out in fright as the young duelist began to writhe from the pain. Mike rose slowly as his muscles went into brief spasms. Zane just laughed at his opponents agony. "You sicko, how can you laugh at other's pain, I will stop you with every ounce of strength that I have!" Mike yelled his vow as 19 little flames lit up around the arena. "Those will be our counters when they hit zero you lose. I then set one card face down and end my turn." Mike was now at full power as the Vault kicked in. Zane began his turn and one of the flames went out. "I play Polymerization and sacrifice my Cyberdark Keel, Horn, and edge so I can summon my Cyberdark Dragon. I then activate his effect so I can equip him..." Zane started the process of making his dragon stronger. "Guess again, I activate DNA Surgery to make all of your monsters into fiends. So your dragon will remain weak." Mike said as the Hell Dragon that was attempting to be equipped exploded again. "Fine then I set one card face down and end my turn." Zane wasn't happy, a simple move completely immobilized his deck. "Fine then it's down to turn seventeen, I set three cards face down and end my turn." Mike knew he wanted to take Zane down all at once, but he also knew that his fiends wouldn't have stood a chance if he hadn't used his Surgery card. "My move..." Zane began. "With your draw phase I activate three Pyro Clocks of Destiny to make three turns vanish from the count." Mike stared as 3 of the flames went out leaving the count at 13.

"I switch my monsters to defense mode and end my turn." Zane was in a bind he knew that he needed his monsters to be dragons so he could use the effects of half of his monsters. "Tweleve turns left, I set a card face down, and that's it." Mike was biding his time, he needed the right combo and the card he had face down would certainly help. "I play De-Fusion to make my Cyberdark dragon back into it's original components, I then play Power Bond and fuse the Cyber Dragon in my hand with my four monsters..." Zane began, but then realized, he was locked down, all of his monsters required a certain type of monster for their effects to work. "Aww...Did I figure your strategy out?" Mike faked sympathy. "You should never face fanboys, their the ones who trace your deck's strategy and then figure out how they can exploit it." Mike stated with a triumphant tone. "I activate Just Desserts to make you lose life points equal to the number of monsters you have times five hundred, and I count four, so you take two thousand." Mike words set the life pint counter in motion. Zane lost half of his life points, but when the collar activated it did nothing to him, he just laughed it off. "Well there are ten turns left and unless you can stop me soon you won't win." Mike said as he drew a card. "I set one card face down and end my turn." Mike ended and the turn count dropped to 9. "Finally a card I can use, I summon Proto Cyber Dragon. I end my turn." Zane knew what was coming but he wasn't sure if his opponent would attack. "I summon Shadowknight Archfiend in attack mode. Now my knight attack his Cyber Proto now!" Mike commanded his knight to attack, but as it leapt into the air something happened. "I activate Negate Attack, so my monster remains safe." Zane said as the knight returned to it's original postion. "Fine I end, eight turns left." Mike said as Zane drew a card. " I activate my own DNA Surgery to make my monsters back into dragons, next I use my Power Bond so I can fuse my Cyberdarks back into my Cyberdark Dragon." The dragon rose from the ground once again. "Now I can equip my dragon with my Hell Dragon so it has four thousand attack points, now Cyberdark Dragon attack Demise!" Zane yelled in unison with his dragons roar, Demise instantly exploded. "Where's it's potential now?" Zane asked as Mike took his turn. "Seven turns to go, I switch my magician to defense mode. Next I play my Field Spell, Pandemonium so I no longer have to pay life for my Archfiends. I still have twelve hundred life points left wereas you have one thousand, but I think I can end this. I set one card face down and end my turn." Mike wasn't sure he could win anymore, Zane's monster was far too strong. "Cyberdark Dragon, finish this, attack his Archfiend." Zane's dragon sprang into action. "If I'm going down I'm taking you with me, I activate Just Desserts so you take one thousand, making it end in a tie." Both of the players lost the rest of their life points. The electricity didn't really effect either of them, Zane was unconscious and Mike was crashing out after the Vault buzz so he was to distracted to realize it.

After the duel Zane was sent to the infirmary to make sure he was alright. Mike was walking back to his dorm, he hadn't payed any mind to the people who had stopped to congratulate him for at least almost beating Zane. "What I still don't get is why you didn't activate Just Desserts when he drew his card, you would have won." Alexis was sitting next to Mike at the table. "I only wanted to use it as a last resort, incase he didn't use Cyberdark Dragon." Mike explained as he ate a couple of chicken wings. "Why do you seem so upset you still technically won." Jaden asked as he started in on a sandwich. "Because they don't promote you on technicalities, I'm still in Slifer, what makes me so upset is that the technicality won't matter at this point, I failed the written part." Mike was really frustrated with the tie. "There's always next month." Syrus said from behind a book. "Hey, what're you reading?" Mike hadn't read a book in months and he wanted to know if Syrus could lend it out after he was done. "Nothing, nothing at all." Syrus tried to hide the book. "Something naughty Sy?" Jaden rose from the table to see if he could get the book from Syrus. "No! Just some manga." Syrus whimpered. "Did I hear hentai?" Mike piped up. "What?! No! That's just sick, why are you tormenting me?" Syrus whined. "Oh, quit whining!" Ben was walking across the campus. "Hilarious." Alexis said as Ben took his place at the table. "So how did you do?" Mike asked Ben. "I'm off to Obelisk tomorrow." Ben said as he ate a bag of Combos. "So, all that's left is Chazz." Mike said as he sought out the other Slifer student. "Hey Chazz how'd you do?" Jaden called across the outdoor dining area. "I'm a Ra now, I don't have to put up with you guys anymore. Ok?" Chazz yelled back. Chazz was never happier, he was getting away from the annoying Slifers. Other people were a little less then ecstatic that Chazz would soon depart. "Now I've got nobody to keep me company." Kinasha was depressed, deeply depressed. Mike decided he should at least try to cheer her up. "Why are you so upset? You've got the room all to yourself, I'm sure he can't modify a Ra dorm as much as he did the Slifer dorm, you'll be able to keep all of the amenities." Mike smiled. "I guess." Kinasha faked a smile. "Oh, it's alright. I'll come by to visit, and I'm sure Chazz would let you come by his dorm..." Mike began saying something that would make Chazz seem kind but was cut off. "I don't think so!" Chazz yelled across the dining area. "Shut up!" Some older kids yelled. "Well I'll be by, I'm pretty sure we'll all somehow get along without Chazz." Mike was being sarcastic, he didn't really care wether or not Chazz was still in the dorm or not.

"I'm going to go see if Zane's alright. I mean I guess it is my fault he's like this." Mike said as he went off toward the infirmary. "Well...you do that." Alexis said as she went with the others do go watch an exhibition match. Mike passed the infirmary and went straight into a little jewelry shop that Monica had mentioned on several occassions since they got there. A young woman was working behind the counter. "May I help you?" The young woman asked in a sweet tone. "I'm looking for a necklace." Mike said to the woman. "We only sell necklaces for young ladies, not gangsters." The woman replied. "Not for me, for my girlfriend, what do you have?" Mike asked. Mike looked at the selection, but then found an affordable silver necklace. Mike then payed for the necklace and left for his dorm.

When Mike returned he found that he was all alone, except for Kinasha who was busy doing something else. Mike placed the black box containing the necklace on Alexis' pillow. He then left the room to do what he said he was going to do, visit Zane. Mike couldn't help but feel guilty that Zane was now unconscious. "Well, things could be worse." Zane had came to and seemed to have changed. "At least you're alright, I wouldn't have wanted to put up with people torturing me for any lasting damage done." Mike couldn't get the words out properly, but Zane got the picture. "Ah, I would've been fine." Zane reassured Mike. "Well it's getting late, I better get back." Mike got up to leave. "Wait." Zane stopped Mike. "Why didn't you just activate your trap and finished me off when I started my turn?" Zane had a serious look on his face when he asked this question. "It would've been a cheap shot, kind of like kicking your opponent when he's down, there's just no honor there." Mike explained. "The other me probably said something like "Don't waste your time with honor. Dueling is about beating all opponents." or something to that effect." Zane chuckled, he couldn't believe he'd let himself become so heartless. The technical loss to mike must have set him straight. "Well, that would be accurate, even though your life style seems to have gone back to normal continue to use your Cyberdarks. They're good, just remember to respect them." Mike said the only deep words he will ever say, he never liked being deep, he found it to be quite pedantic. "Well I'll leave you alone now." Mike was left the room and returned to his dorm.

Mike entered his room to find a joyous Alexis. "Mike, it's beautiful, where'd you get it?" Alexis asked as she ran over to Mike. When she placed her palm on the back of Mike's neck the emblem brushed against his exposed skin. He almost immediately jumped back and gripped his neck in pain. "What's wrong?" Alexis was startled by Mike's sudden movement. "The necklace burned me." Mike was as shocked as Alexis. "It did not, let me see your neck." Alexis pulled down the collar to find a burn mark on Mike's skin. "That's odd." Alexis stared at the emblem and then to the burn. "No it isn't, werewolves can't come in direct contact with silver. I never touched that necklace directly. I need to get to the library before it closes." Mike ran out of the room and jumped from the balcony. It isn't very high, but Mike still wouldn't have landed on his feet like he did. Mike ran into the library and checked out every book they had on werewolves.

Mike spent the next week and a half straight reading everything on werewolves that he could find, he even used the internet and found a very interesting article. The sudden obecession made him stop eating and sleeping. He lived mainly off of Vault, he lost much weight, and it began to scare his friends. "Mike you need to eat something, you've become dangerously thin." Jaden and Alexis were trying to force Mike to eat, he wouldn't eat. He became a dangerous person to be around, he lashed out violently at anyone who would try to torment him. It became to dangerous for him to be outside, so he sealed himself in his dorm. "Now this is too much Mike, come out here you have to eat or something, come on this is unhealthy." Jaden was pounding on the door to Mike's room. Mike opened the door, he looked better, almost back to normal. "What were you saying?" Mike asked calmly. "Um...nothing, so what's new with you?" Jaden tried to change the subject. "I found an article about werewolves, apparently in rare cases the werewolf (or wolves) don't change their appearence just their behavior. Oh and if you're wondering I've been having food delivered, and there's a full moon tonight and I need to find a safe place so I can ride it out, I'm thinking the lake where we found Syrus." Mike was being serious, he thought he was an actual werewolf. "That's just insane!" Syrus jumped in on the conversation. "Well regardless of if you believe me or not I'm going to the woods, if you want to have an intervention I won't stop you, but realize this if I'm a werewolf you may all be in mortal danger. Look at me, I'm getting the appearence: my kay-nines are becoming longer, my body has become more stocky, oh why am I explaining this to you. You don't believe me, well at least tell Alexis I'll be back soon enough." Mike grabbed a bag and descended the stairs and ran off to the woods to protect his friends. "I think we're gonna have to hold an intervention." Zane had seen what had happened and decided he needed something to do until the boat came to get him tomorrow. "Well nightfall is coming, I think we should give him until at least nine before we all go after him." Jaden was running the numbers in his head. He wanted to give Mike the full cover of night.

A fairly small sized search party went running through the woods to search for Mike. They decided to split up to be able to search all of the woods in the one night they had to internvene. The party consisted of: Jaden, Syrus, Zane, Alexis, Kinasha, Chazz (forced to come), Atticus (again forced to come), Jasmine, Joann (she wanted time alone with Syrus if you know what I mean), and Monica. They decided that Mike would snap back to normal before sunrise. Kinasha was acting extremely odd, she refused to look anyone in the eye, and stayed away from the group. She was the one to find Mike, she found him in a tree. "Mike why're you up there?" Kinasha quietly called up to Mike. "Staying away from the search party." Mike was in a crouched position watching beams of light sweep around the forest toward the lake. Mike had intentionally misinformed Jaden so he could throw them off the trail. "Well get down here, don't worry I won't turn you over to them." Kinasha reassured. Mike being to trusting of a person climbed down from the tree. Kinasha immediately restrained him, but with what, she seemed to weak to hold Mike still with her hands alone. She didn't seem to have any rope. "How're you..." Mike began. Kinasha put a clawed finger over Mike's lips. "Shhh, I told you I wouldn't turn you over, I wanted you all to myself." A pair of wings sprouted from her back. Mike looked down to see a long silver tail was wrapped around his legs. Kinasha held both of Mike's arms above his head. He tried to pull free, but found that he couldn't move them. "In about thirty seconds, I'll take on my half-wolf form and you won't be able to restain me." Mike threatened the dragoness. "That's what I'm waiting for. Werewolves always have the most energy." Kinasha said as her eyes darkened further from desire. The full moon was now visible. Mike began to squirm a little, he found he could free his arms. He tugged them out of the claws of the dragoness and worked on the tail as the dragoness let him go. "So it begins." Kinasha stayed in a half way point between human and dragon. Mike's physical appearence barely changed his ears changed, and his muscles devloped beyond human capability apart from that nothing that would make him really be considered a werewolf.

Mike tried running away, but Kinasha was too fast even in woods. Mike decided the only way he could get away was to fight. He lunged for the dragoness who dodged his blows easily and struck Mike down. Mike layed there moaning from the pain, his clothes torn. He was ready to die, he thought Kinasha would finish him there. He was wrong. Kinasha landed gently on the ground and walked over to the still changing werewolf, fur began covering his torso and arms. Mike's legs and arms enlongated he was almost completely changed. "Now are you gonna be a good boy?" Kinasha walked over to the creature laying before her, she sat on Mike's hips and leaned over him. Mike braced himself for the end, he could feel her hot breath on his face. As he went to turn his head Kinasha began to lustfully kiss the werewolf. This threw him off guard and he sprang back up to his feet knocking the dragoness to the ground. "Are you trying to kill me or seduce me?" Mike was ready to attack again, but wanted an answer first. Kinasha stood up and walked over to Mike. "Why don't you judge." She whispered into his ear as she began to kiss him again. Mike seized the opportunity and bit her left wing hard. She screamed in pain and took off. Blood rained down as the wing bled profusely. Mike's newly formed muscles let him leap up into trees ninja style. He crouched behind the branches waiting to see what his opponent would do next. "I still have yet to taste werewolf, why not let me satisfy both of us?" Kinasha tried using her most seductive tone she could muster. Mike sprang from the branch and landed on her back. "I still have human tactics on my side and from what I read dragons have one major weakness, the tail." Mike took hold of the swinging silver tail and bit into it's midsection. It brought the dragoness to the ground instantly. "Now leave me alone, I don't want to kill you, but I'll do what I must." Mike began running when he saw beams of light surrounding the two creatures. Kinasha trasformed back into a full human. Mike couldn't so he ran, he knew that once the full moon passed he would let himself be found.

A/N: Yeah, this chapter was my favorite, in reality I'm a werewolf (kind of, I don't literally transform, just the behavior changes) Last year I actually did almost everything Mike did in this chapter. I thought this would make a strange plot twist. Bumstott, did you hinestly think I would let this story go like a real life deal?
