Uh... there's a major problem here. Ranma did challenge Shampoo for her hand in marriage, during the reversal jewel arc. To wit, he even states the rule as has always, "If I beat you, you have to marry me." Not HOW he wins, IF he wins. Seriously, as much as the remark gets tossed around, you really should read the manga... you know, while you wait for your counciling sessions because you have a ton of issues you need to work out.

Comment/Review:
First, learn something about motorcycles...they don't have 'thrusters' (I'm reasonably sure that you were referring to the exhaust...unless Melody's motorcycle is equipped with jet turbines of some kind). Second, the basic concept for your story is a reasonably good one, but...and that's a BIG 'but'...Melody is FAR too powerful in comparison to the others and nearly everyone is EXTREMELY out-of-character. Not to mention that you are playing fast and loose with the Ranma series events and giving character motivations that aren't substantiated by canon. In short, this needs a LOT of reworking before it's even remotely enjoyable. Suggestions: Use canon behavior and events (IN CONTEXT) for motivation, you don't need to alter them to make things occur (i.e. 'demonizing' of characters). Next, lose the 'god-slash-super-cop' unless there's an actual REASON for his being present in the story.

This is a great story! :) i like how melody acts. she'll definetly be a tough opponent for anyone in my story. lol. Even for my character. well anyways, you're a good writer. My story will have melody soon. Just keep checking back whenever you can.
