great updates... i've read "the lucky ones" - really amazing... one of my all time favorites... really liking this one so far... kinda funny and cute what's happening with yukio & emma... nice that you put kagura in... was wondering what happened to her... hope that person she brought was supposedly the mate of sara... wonder what happens next... update as soon as you can... please and thank you!

I have read both "The Lucky Ones" and "the Coyote Child" and I always love it when you update. It is a great story and I can hardly wait for the next chapter.

This story is so good. And I don't think the fact that it goes off in a slight tangent after which ever ep. (I forgot the number) makes a bit of difference. Please don't worry about it. I've been hoping against hope for a new chapter for months. I was beginning to be afraid that you'd abandoned it. Please continue this wonderful story as quickly as is convenient.

oh my gosh, when i checked for an update and saw that there was one, i cried. i'm not even kidding. i was so excited. but i have to say, you are pure evil. i. hate. cliffhangers. but i can't wait to find out what happens with yukio and emma. and why kagura is there. is she the one that was sent to destroy the rest of the bats? anyways, please update soon! ^^

YES! Thank you for taking my suggestion and putting Kagura in,she's one of my favs, she's so tragic and cool at the same time, I luv you terri! Ha ha ha...anyway. I really enjoy the Emma-Yukio interactions, because obviously, a lot of it mirrors the Inu-Kags story. It's interesting how Yukio can be over 400 years old and become a 14 year old around a woman. I get the whole thing with Miaka. But he is over her, it's just like with Inu-Kik, they loved, but it's over and now, Emma may be digging up old wounds, but once Yukio lets her dig them up she can heal them again. Awesome chapter, and thankies once again for Kagura.

I didn't want to start reading this story because i thought it wasn't going to be updated. Because it would be all i could think about. I loved the first one. I have no doubts this one will be better.

You have no idea how happy I was to find this update in my inbox. So happy! Lovely chapter, to see the interactions b/t IY and his family, how close they are. Intrigueing, Yukio's attraction to Emma. Slowly but surely he's being lured in. Hope there's happiness for him ahead. "Spam" Too funny. Only an inu hanyou would be crazy at the sight of spam. Cute. Love how posessive he was of the ramen, too. "Mine, mine, mine" Excellent! Can't wait for more.

Now that was a twist! I would never have expected Kagura to drop in and the young Coyote, is it the baby's father? I'm happy to hear about your book too. I'm sure I'll end up buying it!

I wonder if anyone will object to the excavation. ~~~~ "Battle-lust" It seems odd to me that Yukio wouldbe so forthcoming to Emma and phrase it that way, especially considering that he's talking about his parents. ~~~~ Yay, Kagura! I wonder if she's over her thing with Sesshoumaru.
