I think this is the second or third time that I've read both of the Lucky Ones stories....and I love them even more. You are an amazing writer/storyteller and I enjoy these stories more than anything. I have missed your writing sooooo much. I always reread the Lucky Ones before checking up on this continuation. I have missed it greatly. I hope you are able to update this again for your loyal fans. As a huge Inuyasha fan, I think the way you have transformed these characters so easily with consideration to their original author, amazes me and I could see their stories truly turning out this way. I adore your characters, I wish you would not get me so hooked that I can't function when you end your chapters with a Cliffy especially if you aren't going to updated your lovely story in 3, yes 3 years! No one but you can finish this! And I (sort of) know that you have had it rough. I went and read all your entries on the livejournal page (yes, I'm spyco like that, Meh). I bought your book "Heart Of A Fox" which made me in turn ansious about the sequel "Soul Of A Fox" (that you wrote until chapter 16, last I read??? -yeah. Spyco here!) I LOVE Akihiro! Just as much as YUKIO! But here's the dough: only you know how this story can end. Only in your mind's eye can they develop their choises and actions. I would love, LOVE to see this story finished! And Soul of a Fox too. But you have withdrawn even from your journal so maybe you have just call it enough and drop the pencil, which is alright as what with all the things you been through you deserve all the peace the world can give you! However, if someday you feel like dusting the pencil and write whatever, just know that there are people that would rejoice from reading your post! Thank you for the stories! |

I discovered your original "Lucky Ones" story long ago, possibly while you were still writing it. It's always been one of my favourites. This sequel (as it were), is even better written, I think. I always enjoy the re-read, and I am excited to see this story continue. I really enjoy the original characters you have brought into the fold, you have done such a great job of making them believable, with faults and shortcomings. Though I have to say Yukio is pretty much the perfect man, but that's okay, because you've done it well. I would love to see a fatal flaw in him, just for fun, but you're the author, not me, so I'll wait for the next installment of this great fic. |
