I liked the original a lot, and the first chapter of this sequal has been even better! Great job, I really liked how you brought the crazy priest back into it.

Life on the road continues. I swear Miroku has the worst voyuristic tendancies of anyone. Either he feels that he must seriously talk up his reputation as a womanizer to make up for some deep seated fear of women and feeling inadequacy or he's a virgin and feels ashamed of it even though he's a monk. And Shippou, well, at least the runt has some things to think about. How would he act with his biological mom and dad? He was raised by youkai, he should know what is expected of him and how Inuyasha is going to treat him now that Inu took Kagome as his mate. As for the sharing of powers...the question about Inuyasha gaing in Kags purifying powers just made me think of the first run im wiht Kouga. ZAP!! Eonderful work as usual and i look forward to more (oh, I think you forgot a 'he' inthe last line of the paragraph about Inu's fundoushi)

YES!! A sequel!! And it totally rocks!! Thank you! The Literary Goddess has returned!! What a powerfully charged first chapter!! The angst! the sadness, the anger, the unfairness, the tenderness, and of course the hot hanyou/miko loving!! I bow to your greatness!! I was so angry with Shippo, then with Miroku ( Kagome should really slap him a good one for his continued interference and for wanting to invade a private moment) then I wanted to kick some self righteous priest butt!! I commend you one having Inuyasha having nightmares. It is definitely something one doesn't get over. I definitely would have used Sango's weapon for trying to twist Kagome's care of Inuyasha's nightmares into perversion. Will Kagome put her foot down on this awful trait of Miroku's? I am truly in awe of your wonderous talent!! And the poor youkai. That wretched priest seems to enjoy the cowards way of dealing with demons. I like the new talents both Inuyasha and Kagome has. I laugh at Kagome's obession with the wrappings(cough,cough -unwrappings) of Inuyasha's fundoushi. That is a really sweet touch. And so true. so true... Nice touch! wondering if Inuyasha will be able to purify something? smirks vision of Inuyasha in Miko robes looking peaceful, hair tied back.. so cute. I await with joy and eagerness the next chapter. Thank you for continuing to write your masterpieces and of course an even bigger thank you for sharing them with us!! Do you think Inuyasha in a true form would look like a Shiba Inu? (last nights Inuyasha episode showed Sesshoumaru giving evidence to having emotions and protecting Inuyasha while showing he cares for humans-even showing honour/respect for a dead womans ghost-(The Woman Who Loved Sesshoumaru.))What a great sequel!!

Cool story I love the first one of this series. I figured that Shippou would try to follow them. I am glad Kagome stayed firm with him and maybe Keade talked some sense into him. I wonder what other effects their mating will have. The scene with the bear youki was cool and now they have a new friend that may help later. Hope Kagome is ok keep writing and thx for posting your great stories.
