Farewell Heart

How does one function without a heart?

Love would have no concept in any part

Emotion, affection, would cease to be

Fate has taken my heart from me

Eventually, it had to arise

A day when my heart disappeared from my eyes

And I'm feeling lonely and saddened and weak

Fate has taken my heat from me

In life there are two hearts (in my definition)

One pumps the blood (keeps the body conditioned)

But the other one differs is certain ways, you see…

A person's this heart and brings joy to thee

Make the day brighter

Heart lighter

Oh, what a joy

The feeling one gets from a girl or a boy

My heart has now left me and I'm sad to say

My heart didn't seem to care than I'm away

But, forgive and forget's the best way, right? Guess I'll have to try

I still love you, heart, but this is goodbye
