Chapter 5:Questions of confusion
It was night time, and sam was still sitting in bed. She thought about her time in the darkness of her mind.
'I miss yami...I mean..the yami I saw in my mind...sure he may not have been real...but....I felt happy knowing I had a friend to
talk to.....but..it seems like he was really there...everything felt so real. I could feel the coldness of the area. And...when I hugged
him..I could feel his warmth....maybe my mind just brought up the feel from previous feelings.....my mind retraced the feeling or
it being cold..and the feeling of a warm hug..'Sam closed her eyes'.....I kinda wish it was real'
Sam heard a knock at the door"who is it?"
The door opened to reveal Yami."...hi.."
She blushed slightly. The darkness made him look more mysterious and the light from down the hall made his eyes shimer and the side
of his body have a cool light effect."hi...."
Yami walked in and sat in a chair by the bed. He clasped his hands together and leaned his head on them."Ive come to ask you something.."
Sam tilted her head"huh?"
Yami closed his eyes while he talked"You said you met somone who looked just like me...yes?"
Sam nodded
"How excactly...where..did you meet this person?"
She looked down at her bed sheets"After the accident...when..I got hit by the car...I woke up...in this strange...place.."*she looked at
yami for a sec the she layed back on her pillow and looked at the ceiling. "A strange figure appeared....and...when it got close enough
I saw that it looked like you. He came up to me.....and asked me who I was...I told him my name..and ask him his.."
Yami opened his eyes and looked at her"what did he say?"
She slanted her head towards yami and looked at him"he said...his name was yami"
Yami's eyes widened for a sec then went to a calm look."What else happened?"
She looked back at the ceiling"...well....I asked where I was....and he said...",she winced her eyes in slight confusing"in my..
mind...."
Yami nodded
She continued."I was slighty confused..and then I asked how I got there..he said I had gone into comma....."
Yami nodded again and sam continued.
"Time passed by....not much was talked about...but...when it was time to wake up...a light appeared...I walked to it
but then I asked if he was coming..he said no....and that..he was just a figment of my imagination..."
a tear started to form in her eyes"I was really sad...It seemed like a long time being spent with him..we always talked...and he
became a good friend...but when he said that....I was crushed....he said he was a vision of someone I would see later..."
Sam sat up quickly"You! Your the one I was gonna see in the future...you have to be!"
She pointed at yami and yami was a bit suprised"..."
Sam looked serious but then tears formed in her eyes"I know you arent the yami I knew in my mind..but Im happy to see you.."
Sam leaped forward hugging yami
"..!"Yami was about to push her gently off him, but decided to let her enjoy this. He felt simpathy for her lose. he patted her head
Sam closed her eyes as she again could feel that exact same warmth when she hugged yami in her mind."...."
