I've been reading all your chapters up till now, but I don't believe I've ever really commented, have I? Well, let's see, for starter's, I dare say you've glued me onto Naruto, but I doubt I'll ever be able to enjoy the anime - not without the Lee/Gaaraness. I don't think I could take the Sakura/Lee after this fic. Alright, let's see. You've already had enough 'OMG, this is soooo great!!' reviews, so I'll just... I'll just... what is there to say besides 'OMG this is great!!!'? I love the part with the dates - extremely funny, and very sweet. A few chapters before this, you had something to say about who would be on top - and I still think it should be Gaara, though you might wish to make it Lee. I know that in the other fics, Wufei etc (strong, able, very bossy men) were all the ukes, but I don't think Lee is very much like them. Probably for their first time, he'd insist on Gaara being on top. It's what'd he'd do, really. And no matter wonderful Gaara is becoming (hah), I can't see him being so sweet suddenly as to allow Lee to bugger him first. Gaara's wants may not be numero uno to him now, but there will still be shreds. You don't shake off a 'tude like that so easily. Gods, this was long. Anyway, update soon!

Whoo-hoo! I wondered off into other fandoms for a while, but this was a great thing to come back too. A wonderful couple of chapters--I LOVED the last one from the point of view of Gaara's bodyguards. Thanks for writing and sharing!

Hahaha this was great!! I'm so excited. when I had first read this story I thought that it was over. Then I happened to run across it again and I realized another chapter. HAPPY!! I especially love the latest chapter. I thought the whole bodyguard thing was hilarious. I've read quite a few Gaara X whoever stories out there both on FF.net and mediaminer. And personally I think you are by FAR the best at protraying Gaara's character. I love the way you make him 'better' but still rather messed up. You also do a great LEE. Well anyway great job. I love this story and hope for more soon.

At fist I was a little disappointed that you did not wrire a new chapter, but as I kept on reading I became more and more intrested. Even if I really love your story I think it was a good idea to write something like that. In the beginning I was a little pissed because those people spyed on Gaara all the time, but now I find it a little calmig that there are someone watching over him, and that there are some body outside the family who care about Gaara, even if its their job. Hmm, I wonder what Gaara and Lei would had done if they knew they were spyed on, well Gaara probebly knows about them... cant wait till next week whan you are updating (^_^)V

"its getting hot in here, so take of all you clots", I really do hate this song, but I thought it would fit, not that I hate the story, far from it I LOVE IT, from the beginning I loved it, and I'm still loving it. So they finaly got to some of the sexuall parts, and I must say it was hot. Usually I like it more if they are more oral (speaking, nameyelling, oh god...ect) but you did not do this and for once I'm gratful for this, now it could be funny if Gaara had been a yeller in bed, but it would had seen a little out of character, so in ways I like it when you made him still be the Gaara we know and love. Beside the story became more real, becasue what you read in fiction is often way too ______ahhh can't find the word, anyway you story is more down to earth and in doing so I feel like I read a real story not a fiction... please do update soon, I'm soo looking forward to the rest. (^_^)V

You know what? I love you. Lee and Gaara are two of my all-time favourite Naruto characters, but I'd never dared to hope for a fic which pairs them together so successfully and enjoyably as this one. I'd love you and your fics just for the Gai/Kakashi, but this blew me away! I don't care if your brand of romance isn't the conventional type - thus far, it's the only one I've seen that works so seamlessly with the characters. This is a wonderful, wonderful story, and part of me hopes that it will never end. (Except that the only way that would happen is if you never updated again, and then I would have to bash my head against a wall repeatedly for ever intimating that I would appreciate an outcome like that.) The only negative things I did notice about the fic were a few spelling and grammar errors, plus a sennin/sannin mix-up. (Althought that might have been in one of your other fics. I forget.) Certainly nothing requiring anything more than a quick edit, and so in short: excellent work! I shall be eagerly awaiting more. :D

Hurrah, all 10's! I don't normally write reviews (chronically shy, ya know) but your stories and writing style are just so spectacular that I felt it would be an injustice to leave them unpraised ^_^ Althought "Diplomatic Relations" was the first of your fics that I read, after getting a taste of your style I moved on and read all of your other Naruto fics, so consider this a kind of joint review for all of them--a multiple congratulations on a job well done sorta thing... if that made any sense at all o_O Anyways, in short: amazing work, please keep updating and coming out with new stuff!

Wow, this is so incredibly good. Your kind of romance is the best, no worries there! ^_^ And, yay, Lee did the "good guy" pose with the extended thumb, that and Gaara's reaction really made me crack up. Gaara's practical no-nonsense approach to sex feels very much in character for him, so that was perfect, too. All in all, I enjoyed this chapter a lot. ....Uh, by the way, I sent you an amazon gift certificate a while ago, but don't know if you noticed or if it's even wanted. *embarrassed*
