I'm very impressed with this story. It's a bit different from the other things I've been reading and I like the way that Kagome and Inuyasha are relating to each other. Even Miroku and Sango have caught my attention. I like your writing style a lot. It actually reminds me more of Rumiko's style--that's a good thing! Anyway, I like the way that you write so much that I'm going to see if you have any other fanfictions I might like. I'm sorry to hear that life has been such a pain for you lately, but very glad to hear that you might start updating again soon. Hopefully that will be the case. :)

I just had to stop and say how much I love that scene you wrote where he saved her from the snake youkai. There was a lot of suspense until he did, and then he wrapped her up and she caught his concerned eyes. It was really... well, not nice under the circumstances, but I loved the scene a lot. There's not a lot of description to this story, and it's a quick read. But I really like it none the less. Being able to move through a well-written story quickly (I like your understanding of the characters and the plot) is good. Who's the girl at the end? Guess I'll find out...

Well, as you probably know, I really like your fic. I am so intrigued about Miroku in the prologue. What can I say? He's my favorite. Your characters are never OC, and you describe action scenes really well. I'm really curious to see what's going to happen... Do you have it all planned out in your head? Well, keep it up! What a great story! Very few people can launch straight off the canon plot and still make a fic interesting, but you have done very well so far. I love how very much in-character everyone is, and certainly enjoying the plot. Well done!

I love how you don't use very much dialogue, and still make each chapter work. Most of the time, people leave out descrptions, but it flows so well and smooth, I can't help but fall in love with the story line. Update soon.

great chapter. awww...very cute how inu saves the day. i love the dead panned humor that is bundeled in this chapter. the youkai throwing an unconscious kagome at inu, great idea! lol. so...that sob got away with the jewels, ey? not cool man. and one girl who...was left...purple eyes? Shiori? hmm...interesting. can't wait to read more!!!
