Man, Caine and Welch. . . awww geeez! This is such a sad section.
I want to kick Zazie's immature ass!
On the e'clair, I kept wanting to say, "Legato, shut up." Same with Rai, surprising little dude that is he.
Hmmmm. I wonder where this story can go from here. What can be expected to happen has already happened. Will he be making visits?

I find it rather dispiriting that my paragraphing and italics don't seem to survive the upload process. I hope the song lyrics are not too confusing in Chapter 21. It made perfect sense on my computer. Fat lot of good that does anyone else. Sorry for any inconvenience or lack of clarity. Furthermore, in dream sequences and when Legato was speaking telepathically, it was all in italics but lo! and behold! as uploaded--not. Another mm mystery. But I love it. Good and gracious mm. I prefer it to ff which stands for, well, never mind. |

Straight tens for Jexia!!
LOL! Mine the Meat tenderizer, that's hilarious! Zazie's got quite a temper; it's funny. Not such a nice mouth though; I recommend Dial soap soda.
Intriquing little moment at the beginning. Things between Legato and Midvalley are beginning to make more sense.
'Lover' that is so sweet. Those two are so sweet.
Once more, an awesome update. Many a kudos!

Beautiful. Powerful. Poignant.
The only thing I don't like is the way you've done Legato's character. But you do a brilliant job with your interpretation of the character.
I love this story. It's one of the best I've read.
Everything is handled very well: Emotion, tension, hell, even COMBAT, which is not easy to write, and is often boring to read. I usually just skim it, but I didn't with this one. You made everything interesting and it reads very fluidly. Your style and talent are amazing.
It's also nice to see such an in-depth Midvalley x Chapel fic.

As always, I'm impressed.
So, in a few days, it's Nicholas gone bye-bye. I wonder how its going to turn out? Its a little difficult though. I mean, we all knew he was going to go sometime, but its still a tough swallow when the moment arrives.
Dominique and EG. (laughes smugly) Dang, you are so cruel, I love it. She and Nick sparring; so that is the filthy vocabulary of legend. I'll admit it, I laughed.
Geez, Legato is playing dirty. What is going on up there, Legato? Emotional revenge? (I don't like using this word in such a context, but) Frustration? Power thing? Makes one wonder. |

'High Hopes' is a really uplifting chapter. A 'sunny' mood with subtle predictions. I like that combination. Its really nice seeing those two so happy.
I know I've said this before, but I really like the way Legato is portrayed. An elegent speaker and a sharp, calculating mind. A few of Legato's great qualities.
Currently, I'm thinking of ways all this could tie into the series. Hmmmm. When 'tieing in' comes around, things, I'll bet, will get really intriquing, more than interesting. |

And the plot thickens! I'm very intruiged as to how the Wolfwood and Vash situation is going to be uncovered. Great job with the dream in chatper 30. I think it really shows how much Nick means to Midvalley.
