This story is one of my favorite fanfics to read! It is bittersweet, but the HotM was really well written. After I finished this story, I felt a pang in my chest! haha... you are an awesome writer!

*sniffle* I was re-reading. Those last few chapters are so bittersweet. Now, I'm going to be a very bad, bad, bad, bad, fangirl. It's possible that by the end of the story, you had had enough, though it certainly doesn't show in the writing. I was wondering, if it was possible that you might do a sequel based on their newly chosen lives? One with much less trauma, where they could be happy for a very long time? Also, there was a time when I did not read author's notes and I happened to read one where you said that you 'ship' inucest and I was wondering if you had written any, and if so, would you send me a link to that profile? I haven't surfed much, so I wouldn't have all of your news like many of the fans do in their clubs. Perhaps I should do that, ne? Anywho, I hope you don't mind me asking. I'm going to go see what I can find now. ^_^ BTW, this is one of my favorite stories of all time, even though I will rarely read anything dark. Your ability to inject much humor gave me the courage to get through the dark spots. ^_^

This is my second time reading HotM, and it's hard to believe, but I think it was even better this time around! You are an amazing author, and this continues to be the best fanfic I've ever encountered :)

it was so fantastic ! and the end...so surprising. I nearly cry in front of my screen. you have well developped their relationship. the story with the madoushi was...surprising and well-plotted. I think it's all, because Ihave so more to say, it will never fit in this review. BRAVO !!!

This was so good! I, usually a very unemotional person, was close to tears. I really loved your humor, it was pure genius....God... Let's just say I am a person who values sleep very much and your fic has caused me to stay up quite far into the morning just to finish, because my brain wouldn't shut down and let me sleep. 'Scuse me as I calm my frantically beating heart and go back to the beginning to read this tale again, sacrificing more sleeping time while doing so.

I must say I cried my heart out in the last few chapters! It's so sad, but so original the fact that you used real circumstances like desiese and the fact that he didn't have tokijin to revive her made it all so real, it makes you think that not all we desire is there to be ours... We just need to live with what fate has for us.

ok... i have held off comment long enough.. i just want everyone to know that i am in love with this story... it is amazing...such poetic beauty and stomach curling moments, i have felt many times like crying during this story. It is sad, but yet completely and utterly beautiful how it plays out. To tell the truth i have been very hesitant to read this story. Not that i doubted the writing abilities, i was just not positive if i would like a kagome/sess story, and i have to say that i am very glad that i took the opportunity to give this story a chance. I am a huge kagome/inuyasha fan but this story put the other up there for me. You have made it so believable that it was easy for me to accept the fate in each of their lives. I truly admire this story, and as i have not finished it i will continue on with the journey!!! Excellent Work!!

all i can really say is oh my god...this story drew me in and made me cry, everything felt so real...ive never been one for the kagome/sesshomaru pairing but you made it seem so possible, like should it ever happen this IS how it would happen...when you described kagome's sorrow i felt it, when you described her angst i felt it...her death pulled the air out of my lungs, the cancer you described was the same way my grandmother died, i hadnt seen her for months before her death, and you made me realize that maybe it was a good thing i didnt...i loved this story, it was the best i have ever read and i honestly believe that you should try to find a way to send this to rumiko takahashi and who ever is in charge of her movies and request that they consider using it...this story would captivate any audiance...ive never felt along with the characters in a fan fiction before this one and i applaud you! please keep writing, and keep me posted, i want to read more of your AMAZING work =3 heres my email so, if you want, you can update me on any other stories you have posted or just to reply to this comment should you want to wolfen415@aol.com

This fanfiction is completely moving. All the drama, sexual tension and adventures the characters went thorugh was excrutiating, unbearable but at the same time it was awesome. For my part, this was a really sad story on most parts, which brought tears to my eyes. I'm a sucker for angst romance stories, and this couple took it to a whole new level. I wasn't quite fond of this pairing before, but everyone seemed to spread the word about this amazing story so I coudn't resist and gave in to temptationn. I was rather anxious to know how it ended for it had a lot og chapters, quite long but it all adds up to the trama of the story. A lot of cliff hangers. Really, this is an awesome story. What I love the most was the vocabulary used, especially on Sesshomarous character, really fitted on his personality. None of the charaters were out of their original personality and also the mixing of new characters was also great. Great job Resmiranda!!!! =)

Wow..that was breathtaking! Everything was perfect, and the story was so original...everything just felt so real! I was crying near the end when Kagome died, but when they were finally reunited I felt so happy...wow...you really should do this for a living! I've read a lot of fics on ffnet and mediaminer and SingleSpark..but this seriously has to be the best one I've read so far. I can't wait to read more of your work. ^^ momozora

I'm a fangirl now. Ironically enough, my fanaticism doesn't lead me to devote endless days and nights watching staticky reruns in my PJs. I'm officially a Resmiranda fangirl. Your writing is amazing, (and how in the world you managed to clearly create the flashback sensation in your readers is beyond me) the story is miraculously original, you kept the characters true to their natures, and made the emotional and personal transitions flow to the point that if the original story had gone another way it would have naturally progressed to your creation, and it's all around perfect. There were minor glitches at the very beginning which I've forgotten by now in the face of the story itself, so I'm sorry I can't give you anything specific anymore ^-^; Anwyays I just wanted to let you know that this work of writing is the best I've seen (or at least knocks every other one fromy memory.) ~~A newly-devoted chick suddenly understanding of those raving-mad fangirls.

Props~! I love the writing style, especially the battle scene in chapter 7. It's pretty unique, and I can't get bored with it. I can honestly say that this pic is quickly becoming an uncommon favorite. Keep up the amazing work, and I can't wait to read more. =)
