This is a great story, I feel that the characters are all represented very well. I especially like sesshoumaru because even though he is helping the inu gang, it is really just for his own ends, which I think is really like him. A lot of fics have him just softening up a lot, and while he certainly has through the series, not enough to get all chummy with Inuyasha. I also loved the part when Kagome comes back from her great uncle's funeral and Sess is interrogatin her. "A fast horse could travel that distance in two days." "Well, sorry, our family doesn't have horses!" And then sess' reasoning to be understanding was great. He feels bad that Kag's family is "too poor to own horses". And that her uncle must have been very important to be considered "great" LOL, that is one of my favorite fanfic moments I've read! The lemon was also pretty appropriate, as you said, they are first timers. Please update as soon as possibe! PLEASE!

I started reading this a logn time ago but never finished it. I finally did today and I have to say I am glad I'm all caught up on the story so far. This is truly one of the most unique, exciting, endearing, and enjoyable Inuyasha fanfics I have read. I love how everything is so raw and inexperienced. I also enjoed how you put lots of modern day references in, such as the "big bad wolf" descriptions of Kouga among many others. You had said that you weren't sure about your Shippou portrayl but I think you did an excellent job. I thought it was especially original how you had him physically mature to a more normal height. He's so adorable! ^^ I hope that, after Kags and Inu are all settled, they adopt Shippou. Even though they all feel like a family, I still think Shippou is closest to Kagome and Inuyasha. I still can't describe how perfect the moments were between Shippou and those two. It all seemed very real and believable. I'm hoping for lots more Kagome, Inuyasha, and Shippou in the future! They are finally starting to iron things out and they definitely have more to discuss with one another. They also didn't even complete the mating ritual and you could tell Kagome hadn't felt the moment for it to happen, like it was mentioned earlier. There's so much more to tell and that makes me happy, hehe. As for Miroku and Sango, I'll be honest, I'm always more interested in the other three. I will say that you wrote them very true to character and they were very enjoyable to read. They just aren't my favourites, hehe. I thought it was a great twist when you had Kouga start going after Sango. I was most impressed! Kouga has always been sexy and if he can't have Kagome he might as well get right back to pursuing other strong females, hehe. I never really liked Ayame and it was obvious that Kouga never had any romantic feelings for her. He's just a really nice guy who doesn't think about what he says, but believes it when he says it. I liek that about him, he's very passionate, just like our favourite hanyou. ;) Anyways, I hope there's lots more on the way and I'll keep an eye out for any future updates. ^^ Keep up the good work! I love this story and really, really hope that you continue. It is wonderful. I love the conniving Sesshoumaru, his attacks on Kagome and her responses. Inuyasha is just great too. And your lemon was great. I am putting this story in my favorites hoping that the notifications actually work now! I lost track of so many stories when there was that glitch. I am very anxious for another chapter, although I know that you are probably very busy. Well, I'll be watching for more fun! Especially since Kagome and Inu are now mated! WooHoo! ^_^ Oh, and if I reviewed you elsewhere, I don't remember. My memory sucks. LOL Snow

I must have read the Hot Springs part of the most recent chapter 10 times or more, not because th elemon is so juicy but because I love the dialog between Kagome and Inuyasha.

i must stay, i enjoy this fic immensely. i would like to point out that you do tend to ramble sometimes, and include facts in the narrative that sound repeptive because one can derive sertain conclusion without the extra information. just thought i'd let you know. again, love the story. cheers!!

Thank God someone has finally written a realistic virgin lemon for these two. I don't care what anyone says, the first time for most females hurts like hell. Speaking from experience...a woman often does not have an orgasm the first time. Usually the only pleasure you receive is from pleasing the one you love. And yes it STILL hurts a little the 2nd and 3rd time too...no matter how 'good' the male is. Very touching chapter though. I can't wait for more. Good luck with moving too. Lord knows that's a bitch. :)

Awesome chapter! And not just the lemon--the Inu-Kagome dialogue throughout was spot-on, especially the arguing. Excellent work on building up the tension to the breaking point, the n/c tussling was actually pretty disturbing, but you brought it to the next level perfectly! Loved the lemon, the emotion came through beautifully--and that's what really counts. And the last line killed me!

Whew, that was almost a years wait XD What an awesome chapter though!! I love it when the sex is more realistic like that, and definately not perfect. The future "explorations" are going to be very interesting ^.~ Update soon this time, ne? =D
