I really like this fic so far. You play up tension and mood really well and your charcters are well-developed. Your grammar is nearly flawless and you have exceptional writting skills. I like the details you included about the inn, like the mysterious signs. It is entertaining and original. I can't wait to find out what is Kagome and Inuyasha's story. Please update soon.

I'm glad that you have written another chapter! Nice interaction between Inuyasha and Kagome, and of course, I love anything centered around Miroku. Hopefully we'll soon see/hear more about the mysterious pasts that they both have!

So I woke up this morning looking for a good story to read and I found yours! ^^ Its been such a long time since I've been able to find a well-written story with a plot and characters that actually keep me interesting and not skimming through to look for cute scenes. Any description you have that includes Kagome's reaction to Inuyasha's eyes--I simply adore. It makes me all warm and cooing. The attraction between Inuyasha and Kagoem is what I love best and how they both know something is there but are unsure of one another. You make character interaction real and enjoyable while still keeping them true to the series. I was sad there was only three chapters and since MM isn't sending e-mails for favorite I guess I'll just have to check evey day now ^^ I don't know what else to say except the story is adorable, touching, and well done. Kepp writing and much love!! ^^

Wow...both of your stories are wonderful! (Don't worry...I won't be leaving you one of those horrid, long reviews this time...key word being this. *Smirks*) Anyway, I love how you are working the pace of the story slowly as of right now, I think it fits the plot and everything perfectly! :D After such a critical experience happening to Kagome, and Inuyasha and everyone else being affected at least somewhat as well, the pace you set is perfect. I love especially, though, that you made everyone's interactions and mannerisms fit perfectly with their character and adapting to the circumstances you set them in. ^_^ Great job! You really have the suspense going on this one...I LOVE IT!! :D I will patiently await the secrets to unravel, whatever it is you have up your sleeve...just update again when you can, okay? Until then, take care! ^_^

I like. I like a LOT. This is very enjoyable to read, I'm not sure where the story is going (beyond the obvious interactions between the main characters as we know them) and I like the tone and pace of the story. Good job with background and descriptions, and a nice balance of dialogue, inner dialogue, and action. I'm not to say that my opinion means much, but I spent 10 years in as a section head in a BIG bookstore where part of my job was deciding what to order from publishers, so I think I've developed somewhat of a feel for what's worthwhile and what's not. I'm looking forward to reading more of this story, and hope you are planning on writing others, as well. As they say, keep up the good work!

Thank you for submitting this chapter to be reviewed! To get an overall feel for the chapter, and to be able to appropriately answer your question, I went ahead and read through your first two chapters as well. The flow of the story was very smoothe, though I am wondering whether or not the "week" that you are saying Kagome has been around includes the days in which she was asleep. Shippou said in CH 2 that she had been out for five whole days, and I find it a little hard to believe that she would be up doing all that work and already knowing her way around fairly well after only a few days awake. If she had, in fact, been awake for about a week, and asleep for five days before that, I find it a little more understandable. You might want to clarify. Other than that, I saw very few little typo/grammatical errors spattered infrequently throughout the entire story. Another read through should cover those...just little things, like missing letters, etc. The characters are well done, the story is set up very nicely. (The little history tale that Miroku tells is a nice touch, and hints at the future plot. Nicely done!) Overall, it was enjoyable, and needs very little work. Excellent job! And again, thank you for submitting!

great fic i realy like the storyline so far, you must be very tallented writer to be able to create such an interesting story in the span of only three chapters, i can't wait to see what happens between Inuyasha and Kagome. Keep up the good work and update soon

Wow, this is really good! I can't wait for more updates, but I have to ask, is this going to be one of those slow-moving stories where the sexual tension builds up for like 40 chapters before Kagome and Inuyasha finally kiss and another 60 chapters before they get together? If that's the case I'll jsut wait til your finished to read the story, since I don't have the patience for that and it's too good to only get everything in tiny little pieces with that super slow build-up.
