| Featured Reason: It is one of the premiere Dragonball Z fics out there. The storyline is interesting and believable at the same time. I don't have a very good way of putting this into words because it is so good. But the action scenes are great -- the characters are in character. And it brings the forgotten character of Radditz to the forefront in a believable way. |

Featured Reason: The Writing is very engaging, THe Dialogue is not only real but Funny as well. The story is well plotted from beginning to end. Not to mention the Characters feel real. The author knows her stuff and isn't afraid to show it.
Oh and she is a non-native English speaker who writes better than 90% of the people posting fanfiction. But this is one of those fics that is written very well with a high attention to the plot and characters. The sex is there -- it is the impetus for the plot -- but it is done tastefully (most of it in a side story). I've already read all of the stories about this fic once and I've now gone back and reread this one and its prequels. It is that good. |

Any obvious foreign words are defined at the end of each chapter for further clarity. | Featured Reason: A lot of crossovers don't work because the author hasn't done their research or don't really care about the characters. This story is a lovely exception. This is a really interesting story that looks at the Origins of the Sohma family and weaves them in with the history of Count D in a way that is both intriguing and a little disturbing. |

| Featured Reason: This is an interesting continuation that takes a common premise in HnG fic and turns it on its ear. The characters for once are in character and I actually like the OC a lot! She fit in quite well with the story, and it does really have the feel of the manga. The relationships are very well done despite the time gap, and it works beautifully as a continuation. |
