Don't have time to write a full review but man oh.....man I'm going to reread this from chapter one. I love the way Sesshomaru fights with Inu Yasha. Eventhough they claim no to have a sibling relationship the way they fight as only brothers can is just priceless.

I had a hunch who our dark and dangerous foe was, and I was right. Leave it to Naraku to find the best weapon to cause the most physical and emotional damage in the shortest amount of time. Only his arrogance kept him thinking that he was in control...or maybe he was never under that particular illusion. It wouldn't be the first time Naraku has played with fire just to see what the results would be. His curosity is almost as strong as Sesshoumaru's is. Naraku derives his greatest enjoyment at the expense of others' suffering, and this plot is very worthy of his decietful self. And I won't be surprised, even with an unexpected attack from his own minions, that he will find some way to twist things to get the results that will benefit his plans. I do feel that his arrogance in baiting the whole dog clan by unleashing his fell creature on their territory, is a tactical mistake. While picking at InuYasha or Sesshoumaru individually or as a pair, this time they will be more apt to work together instead of quarrelling between them as to whom Naraku's head might belong. This time...maybe...hopefully, they decide the outcome (Naraku's destruction) is more important than who gets the final blow, so long as it gets done...for once and for all. Oh, emotion is flying high now that they know just "who" they are dealing with. Hardly a longed-for reunion. -- Great job, as usual.

Nice twist!!! Worth the long wait for the update. Qn though, if it is the InuTaisho who is the beast - as Naota is saying - and not the Inutaisho's sire, which I thought you were hinting - then how is it - according to the beast himself - he was found dismembered buried by Naraku under a mountain? I am assuming of course that you have seen the 3rd Inuyasha movie, in which it was suggested the Inutaisho died when the burning castle collapsed and the anime/manga that has the InuTaisho's remains buried in the "world between this place and next"? Or is this an AU? Keep up the excellent writing.

wha- huh- bu-...long, long time I thought undead evil be Sess and Inu's no name granddaddy. you do that on purpose or is I not reading right? only monster demon side of Inutaisho awake now...... hmmm...me hope Sango baby be girl if it get through with its life. me been hearing rumors. you best writer ever, Wheezi!
