This is a very interesting story. Even though, Vegeta died, they never got to confront their feelings, Goku is more deceptive than the enemy, and Trunks still doesn't know who his real parents are. This goes to show that the world is not all about happy endings. Not all things are "Happy ever after". This story has a great mix of tragedy, betrayal, deception, and love. I believe that this is a great peace of work, and despite popular belief, I really like the ending and think that you should leave it the way it is. Changing it, I think, would only change the whole point of the story. Anyway, great story, I really like it. ;} ~VGT~

*Sobbing* This can't be it...please say there is more...a sequal...an epilogue...an extra chapter...a post script... It can't end like this! I was so hoping for a HEA and in keeping with the tradition of the rest of your stories I am hoping there is more. After all Vegeta went through, I cannot accept his death at the end without affirmation of Bulma's love. Please tell us there is more!!! ~Caralin Fury~

Oh, my God! That story was absolutely mind blowing! The ending was totaly un expected and I adore it. Keep up the good work!

Devasted it ended this way. Perhaps if they'd come to some kind of real understanding I could have taken it, but for them both to stay hostage to their fears seems too much. But life isn't full of happy endings, stories shouldn't have to be either. Gutsy move. *salutes*

it cannot end like this!! Vegeta cannot be dead it's impossible he is to great to die. You have to make a sequel or an epilogue cause this is way to sad to be the end.

OMG!!!! u did NOT just kill Vegeta!! i mean...Vegeta CANNOT die!!! u cant just make him die after allll he has gone through to get Bulma back...... Of all the endings i had imagined for this fanfict, this was certainly the last one...no wait..i didnt even picture vegeta dyin ....what's the point of all the suffering, all the hard times they have overcome together, y did they even make the effort to realise what they felt for each other if u dont even give them the opportunity to end happily together?? It's true that the typical happy ending would have been like a cliche, but u were just absolutely sadistic with this ending!!! I dont mean to flame or anything, as a matter of fact, ur fanfict was absolutely wonderful, i loved it and i have been obsessively waiting for the chapters u published....but i think that this fanfict NEEDS a sequel...u can't leave it this way...there are just too many loose strings, too many unanswered questions.... Seeing i'm not the only one asking for a sequel i hope u will consider our request. otherwise congratulation for u masterpierce, as well as for the other fanficts u have written or are currently writing (for which im impatiently waiting the next chapter;) ). You're the best fanfict writter ever, please dont disapoint me/us...
