Dear LavenderGoddessV, years and years ago when I first discovered the VB fanfiction world I was already in love with your fanfictions. I have been away from the scene for years, but have recently rediscoverd my love for our favorite Saiyan couple again. It is such a shame that you are not writing anymore but you have left a great legacy -albeit a bit hard to find occasionally ;) I want to thank you for that. Moreover, I have thoroughly enjoyed this story. It is really original, beautifully written and left me reeling.

I love this story. I was bawling by the time I finished reading it. Poor bulma and vegeta. To realize that you love someone, only to lose them before you can tell them. I wish you had written a sequel to this story. Perhaps someday. One could only hope, right?

This is such a grand story! The ending saddened me deeply, to think Vegeta died without knowledge of Bulma's true feelings; and also I have to think of Trunks. How he must have suffered with the murder of his "parents", and how difficult it might be for him in the future to learn the truth. So many other things that add to the enjoying of this tragedy... I can't tell you with words how magnificent this piece of art is, the dramatic effect of the end totally changed the mood of a story from which everyone I believe was expecting a happy ending. Thank you for sharing this fanfic and giving your best in it.

I've been reading your writings since the 95ish or so. It's great that you're writing a sequel to this one. Can't wait to read more ^ ^

Sadly, I must agree with the other reviewers. The ending was extremely anti-climactic. The character development and story line were both superb but the end just kinda left me hanging. It left me unfulfilled in a strange way. Not that all B/V stories have to have a happy ending. I just felt it could have been executed in a different way. Still, excellent job. I couldn't stop reading it once I started and it had some very original twists (though I think I prefer the happier endings in your other stories better). Overall, Brava!

So I was rereading it when I realized I never left a final review. *dumb mm.org* I loved this story and it was so sad that they never told each other their real feelings... It was so sad, that everything just ended. Everyone ended so sadly; I couldn't even believe that Goku believed Seripa so much over Bulma and Vegeta. This story showed in the end that Goku wasn't that innocent, and that Vegeta tried to change and become a better man. Vegeta tried to tell her his feelings but it never worked out; and in the end Bulma didn't believe that Vegeta did love her as much as she wanted bc he did. It was such a sad story.

I must admit this is one of the best fanfics ive ever, BUT i agree with some of the other reviewers, u ended it way too aburptly in my opnion, i mean comon Vegeta just gives up and dies and we dunt kno if the search party found him and bulma just says "ok, my life is hell..NEXT"...

Lavender, I've just finished re-reading Unwanted for the second time since it's completion, it was better than the first. The first time I re-read it was to look for clues regarding Kak's behavior and to see if it was truly the "end." I'm afraid that you've left me no choice but to accept that as being the outcome to one of your greatest works of writing, though it does break my heart! You have been thorough and nothing was left hanging - you covered your tracks well. Last night's (an all-nighter btw) second read over was to see how the story flowed knowing as I was reading what the end would be. It was exhilirating, awesome, great! I shed tears, and I also fell in love with the story all over again. This is a great love story. I know that not all of them have happy endings and where Vegeta's concerned I don't normally like them. However, this one, I loved. You managed to keep V/B in character well. Seeing how this fic was centered around warring times and old fashioned beliefs, I see how two people like Vegeta and Bulma could end up having such a tragic love story. It's so beautiful, words truly fail me. I am glad that Vegeta was able to realize just before the end came that he was a man who was capable of loving. Wow! It's unfortunate that Bulma didn't give Vegeta better hints of her true feelings for him like he did for her, but it's also what makes this story the masterpiece that it is. You are one of my favorite authors and I can't thank you enough for continuing to deli

I want to cry. I want to cry. I've never cried at a fanfic before, but I think I just might now. **Deep breath** Well... what can I say? Brilliantly conducted, all the way through. I never suspected a thing. And though you transitioned between different characters, you did it responsibly, balancing mystery with knowledge into pure enjoyment. Bravo. I've yet to read another author's work--fanfiction or otherwise--that has mastered that skill as well as you have. Your writing style is mature, too. Your word choices are classy, but they're in a flavor all your own. It's beautiful, and I'm learning new vocabulary at the same time. Really great experience. There is only a little space for improvement; you can take my advice if you'd like. Sometimes your sentences run-on, but that's easy to fix and, even if not fixed, it's certainly not a horribly distracting "boo-boo." Also, personally, I felt that sometimes your characters were a little over-dramatic. But that's messing with your work, which I certainly have no right to do. The story's brilliant, after all. I wouldn't be reviewing if it weren't. Wonderful job. You have an extraordinary gift with a keyboard. ;) Do let me know if you ever publish anything. I'll make sure to buy a hardback copy. ~Pudgoose
