Wow. reading chapter 61, you fif an amazing job describing what exactly was going on. I had to leave the computer to calm down because i can get slightly squeemish reading the heavily-bloody injuries. Amazing chapter, but i'm glad that the extremely painful parts are (hopefully) over for at least a few chapters. Great job. |

At last i finally finished reading this. It took me about 2 weeks to finish reading your story since i can only read them when i'm home after work. This is a great fanfic and I've enjoyed reading this. I don't usually read such a long story since in the long run i always lost interest reading them that's why i'm a great fan of your one shot story. But oh my you really are a brilliant writer since you've got me hook right from the beginning to reading this even though it's such a long journey it's a great one. I love how the story progresses from them being newly mated to how you ended your story. Well done! |

I read the beginning of this story long ago, and was very pleasantly surprised to find how much it had grown! It was truely a wonder to read and I know a TON of work went into it! I noticed a few oopses - wrong tenses or words like "there" and "their" swapped, but for the most part it was exceptionally well written. I did get confused with all the descendents but then I'm sure after 500 years even Kagome had a little trouble keeping them all straight!! Thanks to the author for all the hard work, it was a wonderful journey! |

The first fanfiction I ever read and liked was this one. Reading the first... 80 chapters of it inspired me to start writing fanfiction. Probably the best idea I ever had. Even still, when people compliment me on my fiction and the fact that I do it i mention how it all started at this fic, reading it some four plus years ago. Thanks a bunch for inspiring me to write. without you I am sure I wouldn't be as good a writer as I am today for lack of the will to start. |

Let me Start by saying that this is in fact my 1st review and in fact this was the 1st story i have read have just found this web site. To start off i found your story so mush fun to read i could not do any thing else tell i had finished it.I also fell in love with all the charters that had been added.I did find it sad ad the monk and demon slayer passed as said in your story.But i like how you had done it so i let that pass as i did hope they mite have some how lived.I also like all the A/Note's it just made it all the more fun to get back to the story and not be left out of the loop.As a story i love you work and plan on coming back to read it over and over and will make it a point to look in to some of your other works.So i just to make my point you rock your story rocks. *Claps at the bowing writer as said in the last A/note at the end of chapter 100. |

I love your story! Btw I just wanted to tell you a few things about your history lesson. I'm no history buff myself, but from watching Inuyasha I thought you'd like to know that I did notice some things. First is that Kaede's village is in a place called the land of Musashi. That's a part that became a part of Tokyo I believe. I think it's a part of Nermia Tokyo because there's a school called Musashi High School in that spot. It's a prestigeous school. Plus, when Kagome and Inuyasha first start travelling during the toad prince epsiode they meet a guy named Nobanaga. Kagome thinks its Oda Nobanaga but it's not. But that person DOES know Oda so the story in the canon starts around that time. I think as you stated that's the mid 1500's when he comes into play. Anyway's, I just thought that you might be interested to know those things that are mentioned in the anime. :) Anyway's like I said I absolutely love your story! I hope to see more great work from you!

This story was great. I loved how you showed the progression of Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship. The confrontations with Kikyou and Naraku were great, and I loved how you showed them settling into their life in the past as well as Inuyasha and Sesshomaru settling their differences. Towards the end I felt that you focused a little too much on the other characters but I can see how you used them to add detail to the story. Great job. This is definitely going in my favorites. I can't wait to read anything else that you add to this universe.

what a wonderful journey this has been. it seem like yesterday when i've only begun the first chapter, when kagome had discovered inuyasha doing the "dirty deed" ;D. And now, look where it has brought us. Hey wait...it WAS only last week since i've started this. =] Your story...it gives a whole new meaning to the word "canon". It really seemed like these events actually happened after (or during since the real series is now complete with different ending) the completed manga. It really gives us a true fantasy of what life could be for Inuyasha and Kagome. I love your character development, how Inuyasha and Kagome (but especially inuyasha) and of course Sesshoumaru. Rin as well, at first it was quite disturbing as to imagine Rin and Shippou "going at it" as they say but got used to it when I've learned they were already over 18 years of age. Kagura was actually one of my favouriate character; she had such a compassionate side to her that I never thought of and I'm glad you wrote that out. The family tree...what can I say? Even though it confused the heck out of me, I'm still so glad that after such a long journey, the Taisho family has grown exponentially in happiness and love. The events that you've put during the time span of 500 amazed me to no ends. Your patience and just pure...focus on this story is just so inspirational. What touched me the most was the different circumstances the "Inu-kids" (as I liked to call them) had gone through since WWI and WWII. It does add an interesting insight as to actual history with your own creation. Overall, this story is not to be forgotten. It certainly is (and i say with no lie and doubt) one of the greatest story I've ever read. As you have listed from the authors that have inspired you for your writing, I would say that other than those talented writers, you would also be one of my idol author and inspiration! Now this is what I call a story, an Inuyasha canon fanfiction. Well done, "indeed" (as Sesshoumaru would have said). Kimiko

Just fyi, technically, if she was on any hormonal method of birth control she wouldn't actually enter any "heat" type thing. That would emply she was entering a fertile phrase, which is the exact thing hormonal birth controls prevent. Not a big deal really, it's just a story, but I thought I'd drop by and tell you. Who knows, it might help you win millions on tv one day.
