I was upset when fanfiction.net banned this story since it's one of the few fics that I've enjoyed reading in a while (fanfiction.net is SO insipid), but I was relieved when you guys moved it to mediaminer. I love Vegeta's character in this stort & I hope he won't claim Bulma in the end JUST when he discovers she's pregnant with Trunks like in many other fics. |

Bulma is SO cool ... dressin up Bardock and Brolli, pickin fights with Princesses, oh yeah!! Aw, how'd he know that she'd be wearing green??? Is he psychic?? Does he have cameras in the room??? *lol* I'm WAY to addicted to this story ...
This story is SO awesome and if you still need a beta-reader and become desperate for one . . . then I'll volunteer! :)

From what I'm reading, it could still go either way. Regardless as to whether or not she killed K.V., Ilandra might be using Bulma or she might be trying to help her out of pity, or even both. Either she or Brolly could be working for Frieza or maybe Brolly was a spy for K.V. against his son or even against Bulma Briefs, who was, after all, a great human scientist, and the closest thing the conquored people had to a crown princess.
All I can tell right now is that Brolly and Ilandra don't seem to be on the same side. ...although I wouldn't rule that out either.
Plots within plots. (--DUNE)
Twenty-two:
...Why should Bulma's presence have been a hindrance to his killing Ilandra? Surely he'd have been more concerned for her safety and his duty than for her feelings.
"What's inside you," could mean the weapons tech she's got in her head, could mean something about her inner nature. Of course, though, it could also mean a son or daughter. I'd been wondering since around chapter twelve what was to become of the children of concubines.
Promises that Bulma will be her own master? Even if Ilandra means her no ill, I don't think her father will be so benevolent. |
