Whew! That was intense. All that tension had to break sometime. So, the well didn't work and Kagome is still stuck in the past with her own personal nemisis, having to face her past with no illusions or dreams twisting her perceptions of it. Will she tell InuYasha everything that happened? Can she tell him about their child? Can she ever find peace if she doesn't? -- Nicely, and skillfully done, as usual.

Wonderful, I love the new chapter. You portray the thin line between love and hate, between lust and love, and friends and lovers very well. The reader can not help but empathize with the vivid characters you've created. They seem so Real. Please update soon, I can't wait for the next chapter.

It rang true that Kagome would have had to take control sexually in order for the relationship between the 2 progress past the point where they left off when she escaped initially. Although she didn't commit any acts of violence on Inuyasha she has learned in their time apart how to use sex as a point of control and as a weapon. In this chapter I sense that she is working through her anger at herself for what she believes to be her participation in her own rape. Before anyone gets all ballistic about my use of the word rape, please be advised that there is more than 1 definition for the word aside from the legal one. Look it up in the Miriam-Webster unabridged dictionary. I also like the title of the story. The word possession works on so many different levels and they all apply specifically to the body of your work. I read the 800+ reviews you received over on AFF and I weep for the future of the human race. I am pleased that you are only roughly 1/2way through the story. There is a lot of ground left ripe for the tilling and you always bear some pretty good fruit.

oh yeah that's what I'm talkin' about!! That was great! I loved the interruption and subsequent... relief of tension.. And the uncontrollable desire! And of course the well wouldn't work for her - they weren't done yet! But it wouldn't even be too bad if it never worked again.. if it all works out, her love could even be his cure! Aww that would be so cute!!! *smiling like an idiot* Seriously woman, that first limey bit left me with blue balls! Ahhhh but that last bit was gooood. Sorry about the randomness of this comment! Awesome chapter. I do not understand why the well did not work for her. Is there something she has to finish there in order to return to her time? Or will Inuyasha will be able to return to her time as well now that he is a demon? Update this awesome story soon.

Ok, you have gotten rid of the sexual tension to a certain degree, but where does this leave the two of them. I think that unless Kag is able to tell Inu what he has done and see that he is remorseful that she won't be able to move on. I think that if she does tell him, he will go mad again...and wasn't he dying anyway? She doesn't want to become a possession to him... Where do we go from here? What are you going to have Kagome do now? She can't stay with in the empty village, she wouldn't survive alone. She can't go with the demon slayers because they would never trust her or take her in. She can't go back with Inu because Sess hates her too and the angst is palpable. She can't go through the well because it's still broken. She can't go with Kouga because he already has a mate. She is trapped again. Rin seems to have become slightly taken with Shippou...but still professes her love for Inu. Another interesting triangle of doom. I await your next chapter with furrowed brow and concern for the characters in my heart. Thanks so much for writing. Caitriona

Hey, been following this fic for a while now and wanted to let you know I am really enjoying it. I'm always happy when I come here to find it updated. I can't say what I like most but I will say that it has a way of really putting the reader into the story. Right now I find myself feeling worse for Inuyasha for some reason. Not that I don't feel for Kag but to know that you are missing part of your past and no one will tell you would drive me insane. Especially knowing its not something good, I think my mind would start to wander and come up with worse case possiable, which I guess isn't far off. Well looking foward to the next instalment.
