This is the bestest fanfic I have read in a long time. *laughs* It is really cool how you have it going through so many different events and how they have all touched their lives. I also like how their personalities are themselves, yet still have matured with time. If they were to all live to be that old, the way you portray them is how I would expect them to really be. You are a great writer and this is a wonderfully well written story. I have ready quite a few of your stories, but I have to say that this one is definitely my favorite. I also want to let you know that you are one of my favorite writers. Please don't stop ever writing these great stories. ^_^

What a long and strange journey its been, hasn't it? Now we're only one chapter away from 100. Great job Splendent! After you finish your next chapter give yourself a great big pat on the back and a slow sip from a nice martini. You deserve it! Ba-da-BANG! Well, I'm not sure where to start. There was just so much. Let's see... liked the breakdown of the chapter into multiple vignettes. It kept a long chapter from getting unwieldy. Your Sesshomaru cracks me up. "This Sesshomaru is no longer 'safe'." That was great. I like seeing things nobody else has touched on, especially that little scene with Kazuki & Emi when the jewel douched itself of the spell. That was pretty cool. There's much more I could say, but I'll leave it with a simple "this was one of your best, dearie."

I'm completely amazed by the dedication you've shown this story. Congrats on coming this far. 99 chapters and counting from a one-shot!!!!, which I've followed religiously by the way!:) Great work, and thanks for posting. I'm looking forward to chapter 100 and the end of the circle.

I personally can say that while you may have taken your time, you managed to write one hell of a story. You don't know it, but you have actually had my entire town of Mountain Home, Idaho hanging on your every word. (don't try to find it on a map of Idaho. Its a very small town but it's here) And you have created such a long and intimate story that I personally could read it over and over tell the day I die. You truely are one of the best authors I've read on the computer and in books. I hope you continue to write even if this masterpiece is coming to an end. I thank you for spending your time writing this story.

nice update... things seem to be progressing fine for everyone especially inuyasha & kagome... looks like inuyasha took a trip down memory lane... what with being emotional... but everything turned out good for the both of them... almost done?... looking forward to how it ends... update when you can... please and thank you...

Whew! All caught up. *wipes sweatdrop* Ok, so the war's over now. With two chapters left, I wonder if you're gonna jump to modern times or take a little detour and hop-scotch through the turbulent '60s and that waste of a decade known as the '70s. Oh, hell - did the Japanese wear bell-bottoms? Urg! Can't ya just see Sessh in polyester & platforms? ROTF

This is the first time I'm reviewing this story but I can easily say that you absolutely ROCK! Your name, SplendentGoddess, absolutely befits you as you have written an utterly compelling story that is both epic in nature and totally engrossing. I LOVE how your mind works and how you have managed to weave history into the story making it more magical and interesting. Just thinking about the amount of research that must have gone into this story boggles the mind. You are truly inspirational and I bow to your genius. Yes, I am sometimes confused as to who is who's child, but taking into account the wide canvas on which you have expressed your story, it is no wonder. I'm going to stop now, before I end up sounding like Jaken to your Sessy. All I will say is - Thank you for writing this little gem.
