This is likely my favorite Inuyasha fic so far. I wouldn't have found it at all if I hadn't gotten an email from the guild. I hada a very enjoyable read and I'm sadden I ran out of things for the moment. There is so much there that it's bigger than a Inuyasha story, it's just like whoa. i look forward to reading more of this story and next time I'll try to reveiw a a lot more often.

I finally finished chapter 71. This is such a great story. It had me hooked for a wee until I finished the last chapter. Please update soon. This story is too good not tobe finished. Although I'm sure that you have other stories that you are working on.

It's nice to see Shippou actually doing something to try and help for a change. And he's been hanging around InuYasha too long if he's cursing at the bacon. Not just once, but twice. He'd better watch his mouth if he doesn't want to be in deep trouble with Polgara. She should frighten him as much as Sesshomaru does, if not more. Garion may be a god slayer, but I see he respects her a great deal. She probably makes him feel like a child again when she reminds him of being scolded. Shippou started out so well, but he slips back to his old self so easily. He's feeling left out, and doesn't seem to understand that he shouldn't be privy to everything that happens between two adults. It also looks like he's looking for any reason to blame InuYasha for Kagome not spending more time with him. And he seems a bit pissed that Kagome hasn't sat the hanyou several times already that morning. InuYasha tries to involve him, and make him feel better and then he ends up being jealous over that, too. I am curious as to why InuYasha arranged for Sesshomaru to take Shippou. He and Kagome must be planning something, but what? And you think the runt was being sent to a death camp the way he behaves. At least he had enough sense to keep his mouth shut around Sesshomaru - at least when he knew he could hear him. He must really feel left out now, knowing that Rin will have lessons of some kind and that he doesn't really matter. In the end, he blames InuYasha for everything. He really is a spoiled brat that doesn't appreciate anything that InuYasha has done for him. He saved him, avenged his father, kept him safe and fed, and Shippou still is jealous of him. And Sesshomaru was right; Kagome was the one to blame for him being such an ungrateful brat. It was a surprise that Sesshomaru offered to teach him, especially after that tirade. But once again he was right, and they could not help a kitsune develop his powers on top of Kagome coddling him too much. Shippou needed to hear the truth and realize just how much InuYasha has done for him. It serves him right that he is forced to go and apologize. And I'm glad he's actually considering the fact that when he says what he said, it's going to hurt Kagome more than InuYasha. He needs to start thinking for a change, instead of looking for others to blame. I do hope he wasn't making another promise that morning that he won't be able to keep. And I have to love the ground rules that Sesshomaru laid out. I suspect the hardest one he's going to have sticking to is not speaking unless spoken to. Maybe it'll help him learn to control that tongue. And now he's going to have to sleep in his own tent. I don't guess he'll have to be worried about being jealous if he's going to wake up by himself. Now he's seeing a side of Sesshomaru that he's never seen before - the one that usually on Rin sees. I guess he'll find out in the long run that Kagome really was right, and he's just a big puppy under that cool exterior. And so he see's Rin get to demonstrate some of her power and learns she's a sorceress. At least she thought that was cool, instead of being jealous of her, too. He better not set his eyes on her, or Sesshomaru will have his furry little hide. Shippou certainly had a busy day, and learned a couple of valuable lessons. I can't wait to see what you have in store for everyone next - and I still am anxious about what happened to Miroku and his group.

Excellent chap. Loved the tickle scene there. As well as when Sess caught Shippo and made him apologize. Brought a tear to me when he had to look his parents in the face and do so. Should be interesting on what Sess is going to teach him. And what will Shippo do when he sees Rins lesson. Great chap! Update when ya can! ;)

I love this chapter, absolutely love it! The scene with K/IY and Shippou had me smiling, as did the one with Rin and Sess. Glad Shippou is being called on his behavior. About time he learned some respect and to grow up. This will be good for him, I think.

Wow, I wasn't expecting an update that quickly. It really was unexpected to see Shippo become Sesshoumaru's pupil. I was also surprised at the sorceress adopting Japanese terms when speaking to Shippo. I wonder if the adults planned this... I get the feeling that it could be either way... In any case it looks like the "one big happy pack" thing is starting to pull together a little. I look forward to seeing you next chapter.

I liked how you portrayed InuYasha and Kagome's relationship - a happy moment. And having Sessh become Shippou's sensei! Now that is something unforeseen! Very nice. You did a nice job portraying Shippou as a kid who, although somewhat spoiled by Kagome's softness towards him, still is a good kit at heart and wants to be liked and to be a good and strong person. Nice characterization. But I really enjoyed this chapter a lot. I want to know what happens next!

I recently found yous story and I wanted to let you know that I love it. I had written a more in depth review, but I lost it when I clicked on an add by mistake... I lost my patience with writing another. I am left on the edge of my seat of course, so I am really hoping that you have an update on the way soon. I really enjoyed the way Sesshoumaru was picking on his little bother in the chapter before last. I could go on and on about how much I like the evolution of the group dynamic. It has been a privilege to experience your talent.

Have you abandoned this story or are you going to update? It has been awhile now. The Rin and Sesshoumaru storyline is my favorite, though it is very slow. Please do not abandon, even if you have to wrap the story up quickly, we need some closure!
