This has got to be one of the best Sess/Rin fics I've ever read! But AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! how can you end it here? Where's the next chapter? I read this thing straight thru to this point! Don't tell me that son-of-a-bitch is just going to let her fly away! Please hurry with the next chapter!

I'm still loving every chapter you write. I recently watched the Rin/Sess episode, and it was pretty good. Basically there's a yokai that leads children away into a cave by playing a flute, so naturally Rin gets caught up. A group of virtuous monks/priests come by and kill the yokai freeing the kids. Rin tries to stay behind to wait for Sesshy, but the leader guy carries her out of the cave, intent on taking her to a village. The group is very insistent on their belief that -all- yokai are bad and that humans can't live with them. heh heh So Sesshy hears Rin's cry for him and goes to her. They try to defeat him, but of course can't. Rin goes to follow Sesshy but the one guy grabs her ankle and wants to know why she goes with him and such. He tells her that she can't be with him forever. Anyway. At the end, Rin is looking at a gravestone and asks Sesshy if he will remember her after she dies. He says something like "Don't be rediculace. It's not worth mentioning." Jaken asks if he should follow them, and Rin repeats "It's not worth mentioning. Of course you should Jaken-sama!" Earlier b4 she got kidnapped, Jaken was telling Rin how once Naraku is killed, there will eventually be a Sesshy empire, but that will be after she's dead. It's quite sad at Rin's realization, but cute at the end. Don't know if you've seen the episode by now, but there's a very basic summary. I made my own screen caps if you would life to see. i love this story!! i just love how everything happened and i like how, even if sesshoumaru may seem OOC at times, he comes back to his true self like this chapter. i love how rin found out. i know there is a reason for everything, but oh my!! bad sess!! (hehe) the ending of this chapter kept me on the edge of my seat and i cannot wait for more. i dont' care if you are not very discriptive...i use my imagination!! hehe, my friend isn't discriptive either and i like thinking what things are suppose to look like on my own...it gets me more into the story. i can't wait for more!!! hurry!! hehe (take your time, that's just me being impatient.) :)

This is was an awesome chapter, the spelling was a little off on some parts, and a little to many exclamation points and exagerrated words. Sorry. Anyways I love how you put the whole Kikyo telling Rin the truth, just makes it hurt more. Please update soon!!!

This is an excellent story. Sess and Rin's interaction never fails to keep me intersted and your proofreading is VERY appreciated. The scenes with Inuyasha and Kouga drag a little but only because I'm anxious for more of the main plot line! You've done a good job setting up the rational for everyone's behavior and I look forward to more updates!

Wow. Awesome fic. You are an exceptional writer. *bows ceremoniously* Ok, enough with the formal stuff. That was the most awesome fic I've read in a LONG LONG time. And I've read, quite a few...any ways. Way to go with the character personalities. You managed to stay in character for everyone...even Sessy which, is Very hard to do. (trust me I've tried ^_^*) Very angsty, but still an excellent fic. This story semmed to grab me from the very beginning and I didnt want to stop reading. I'm very impressed with the amount of back plot to the whole story. Most people, myself included, just write a story with one main intent (lemon) and leave it at that, you managed to incorperate everything into an entrancing peice of work. Very impressed with your writing skill. But pleeze...Have EM GET BACK TOGETHER. (Rin/Sess are my favorite odd pairing and I dont get to read very many where they end up semi-happy). I know you're a fan of the angst...but let it have a happy ending. If it doesnt...I'll come over and kick you *pouts like a two year old as she gives empty threat* Any way. I highly enjoy this story. I usually have a very short attention span and am not able to read very long fics, but yours was an exception (Maven's Sess/Rin fics are other exceptions). It's captivating, and always kept me on my toes. You wouldn't believe how many times I was shouting (almost literally) for them to kiss. It made me excited and hyper and put me on a soul-buzz. And the characterization is great, too. But most of all, it was this story that I was reading all last night, and yesterday was a special day for me because I started writing music for the first time in a month. Ironically, I am writing a song for them--it's Rin's song for Sess. Whenever I got frustrated or lost interest in the music, I simply read another chapter of your fic and became reinspired. So this fic is especially meaningful to me. Damn, no don't let Rin started behaving like Kikyo...I know you said this was a sad piece but damn..NO!!!!! Please, Please,Please...don't let this piece end with Sesshomaru and Rin not back together again....
