This chapter gave me the shivers--good shivers. Sesshoumaru wandering through Rin's room, seeing Rin's life and love for Sesshoumaru through her room and belongings... That was simply beautiful. I hated Sesshoumaru's intention to have a romp in the hay with Kagura (I like the wind youkai just fine on her own, but urgh, the triangle angle irks me to no end). Anyway, more of this Fluffy-sama please. Denial is good. Angst is wonderful. I love the whole angtsy part where Rin has her nightjmare, and Toutousai's real reason for keeping her there. Aww, Toutousai's a softy. ^^ I think it's GREAT that you update so often. Go you!

I really like how you write Totosai, very true to his character, from what I've seen in the anime. Nice descriptions of Sesshomaru's home, I'm glad it's not some big castle with servants everywhere. He is such a lovesick puppy, but he deserves to suffer, even more than he has. I'm curious about the shocks and surprises that you have planned. Please update soon!

it was a short chapter but it was a good chapter though. when will the stupid man, techinally he isn't a man but u know what i mean, realize that he cannot bury his heart again. aww that is cut ehow rin has his name underneath her pillow. looking forward to your next chapter. hope everything will be okie at home for ya!

that was a good chapter. you put your twist into to the whole sword bit. very interesting and orginal. well off i go to read the second chapter you uploaded this time. its probably as good as all of your chapters.

This story gets better and better... You're an inspiration! Liked reading the little habits that Rin's picked up from Jaken (gotta love the Jaken!) and loved watching Sesshoumaru squirm. Men--even the youkai kind--just don't do well with feelings, do they? :-)

Wow. I'm definitely enjoying this! You've done a great job protraying the characters in a believable light. Especially Sesshomaru - his confusion over his feelings for Rin is way more believable than any gushy romanctic stuff. I'm also impressed with the clever back story stuff. It works in nicely with the story. Also, Rin going with Totosai was unexpected, but also in keeping with the characters. I also imagine Sesshomaru is going to go completely ballistic when he finds out she's not with Inuyasha where he left her and has no clue what happened. Could make for a really great moment. ;) Keep it coming!

i was yelling at the computer when your lime came up...but then i was glad when he said NO. dammit...rin and sess belong together!!! sorry about my ranting. the chapter was good. sesshoumaru is so damn stubborn. i do hope he ends up with someone in the end. are the mangas different from the anime? i don't read them so i don't know. what is it about kagura and sess in the manga?? well hope you update soon. time to go study!

Another excellent chapter :D Yeah, I'll be really sad if Takahashi kills Sess off. It's cool that you're including recent manga events in your fic. I think the Kagura/Sess interaction was pretty true to the series; it was intense, yet amusing . . . But, Sess' boa isn't a tail; it's just a bit of fluff to make his character more memorable. Takahashi said she added it to make him look "cool." It moves because of the force of his youki . . . But, that doesn't really matter. You're the author here, so if you say it's a tail, for the purpose of your story, I'll go along with that. And no thanks are necessary. Just knowing that your fic is getting some well-deserved attention makes me happy--theMaven :D

Oh man, I had to skim through the Kagura part, I just can't stand her being close to Sesshomaru! I checked out the manga to see what's going with them, and I have to say I'm not convinced that he will hook up with her. Of course the series' creator can do anything, but if Sessho has any romantic feelings for anyone now, that would be too much change in much too short time for his character. Anyway, back to the fic... I enjoyed the second half, after Sessho goes back to Jaken and Aun.

Another great, angsty chapter (Sesshoumaru angst-ing this time! Serves him right! ^_^). I love the small character details - poor Jaken and Aun staring forlornly at their master, looking for direction, and this funny line from Sesshoumaru's internal monologue -- "Inuyasha may have his faults, (many faults, he amended)..." Detailing like that enriches a story. And KAGURA! You incorporated the latest Kagura/Sess encounter! And made the sexual tension believable, considering how K. has been throwing herself at Sess in the manga. (She had better die off or I will KILL little Rin-chan for saving the life of her biggest Fluffy-love rival! ;-) ) Can't wait to read your next installment.
