I read this fic as it was being written but never reviewed. I have read it countless times since and have sent it on to several friends. It is one of best fics I have ever read. Thank you so much for writing it and sharing it with everyone. I can't say enough how much I love it! Sincerely, your devoted fan of three years, Jessy

That was AMAZING!! I've never read a better GW story! I love your writing style. You mixed drama, suspense, humor, and a good dose of romance so well. There were plenty of times where I wanted to pull out my hair in my need to know what would happen next... and when I wanted to pull out yours! lol I'm very glad I found this now and not 2-3 years ago when you were writing it. I don't think I could have survived waiting for the next chapter.... *sigh*. You kept everyone wonderfully in character and I loved the riddles and play on words you used. You did your homework and came out with a wonderful story! I can't help feeling as if I should have paid for such a fascinating read... Thank you. ~*Duchess

I give this a ten all the way. I really liked this version of 'Pretty Woman'. I enjoyed how you were able to keep all their characters intact and their interactions with one another. I'm happy that you did something much different with Quatre's father them most and I'm proud of you. The special agents was a very different and I enjoyed that very much. I'm happy for Quatre and Trowa's union and the way Trowa played his part in this story as the bartendar with an open ear. I was really surprised about who finally made the first move in the HeeroxDuo relationship and that caught me off guard. I found this all very entertaining with the bits of humor and the riddles that came from various characters. I give lots of respect for the amount of research that took with the use of latin, spanish, japanese and references to gods of myth. I found it true that there was enough footnotes to choke an army of horses but it was a must and I found it very useful in understanding your masterpiece better. I also commend you for your grammar and spelling. It's rare to see a story this long with next to so errors that I could detect. Congratulations on a story well written and I look forward to more of your work. Good luck.

I spent the better part of two days reading this fic. It kept me intrigued and facinated. Each character is well thought out and real. I kept seeing all the characters as people I would love to meet. The were written with almost all their naunces and traits laid to bear. Each character still possessed traits I recogonize from canon but they were all built upon and expanded. 05's wife was brilliant and vibrant. I fell in love with Quatre he was smart, witty, vulnerable, and was treated in such a way where he felt perninent to the story not just an afterthought. He was not treated as the overly sensitive one. His last scene with Dorothy aptly showed that. Its usually a trait most can not work with. Its easier to see Q as a caretaker but not the cunning man that he is. The same with Duo's character he was written with a depth that was is rarely seen. Last but not least Heero I felt that here he was recognizable and touchable. He wasn't 'perfect' he had emotions and pain and he choose extreme ways of handling it. I loved how we got to see the inner workings of his mind. Over all I thought that this was brilliant peice of writing. Taking that overall theme of 'Pretty Woman' and building a wonderful world around the concept. One which brought everyone together. Pointed out no specific bad guy and reminded us that everyone comes into our life for a reason. Yes, were are all connected and it reminded me to look at my own red threads. Absolutely amazing work.

We origionaly found this on FFnet, and left a review there saying we would read the rest of it. Then we realized that there was an un-censored version on mediaminer. ^_______^ we got through all of it some how after searching for it for a day and a half on media miner, and we feel it shouldnt have to be said that we enjoyed it. after all, we did read all sixty-eight chapters. However we want to say it anyways. We LOVED this!!! so unusual for a Duo/Heero pairing!!! We loved it and just wanted to let you know. ^___^

*dramatic look of utter disbelief* I had hoped that if I ya know came back later this fic wouldn't truely be at it end *sniffles, looks around and balls* WHHHHY! *sniffle* It dese*sniffe*rved so *sniffles*ch more!! *snickers* hand to come back and throw in a few more cents and i guess lose some sense. I really am all for a sequel!!! Just to see those two sweet hearts work things out and see how Heero handles the Dekim case. Throwing out a thought I had chapters ago, I think it was when you introduce repressed, shell-shocked missing Heero- Duo who went out got drunk and ended up at his apartment naked with bed head. The state that Duo was in I was fearful of Duo being a victim of that drug *can't recall the name at the moment it's 2:30 in morn' and i'm surprised that I am even typing coherently* maybe exposing Duo to it, since Heero has had his share of stuff, would be something to entertain if you consider making a sequeal. *glomps Mookie* Thank you for this story!

Wow, this story was definatly something else! I loved the ways how the characters developed, I loved the writing style, I even loved the non-canon characters you introduced. This story was one of the main reasons that I've kept coming back to mediaminer, and the main one that ate up my afternoons! I feel kind of sad that it's over, but I just want you to know I really enjoyed it! I hope you write more in the future.

I'm gonna cry now because my favorite fic in the entire universe is finished! Although I am glad that you finished, I hope that you write a sequal or another amazing fic just like this one very soon. I have been a fan of this fic from the first chapter, and just wanted to let you know again that you are an amazing author. Thank you for writing and finishing this fic, hope your next fic starts soon!

Is there such thing as a sequel to a sequel? This was great, and such an unexpected gift! But I was sort of sorry and sad to see that the two of them had made no more progress than this in two months?! I felt kinda bad for Heero. And as for the whole "foul, horrible" taste thing, Heero should adjust his diet. No onions, asparagus, garlic and other strong foods before bed, mister! And water and parlsey tablets are very cleansing and good for body odor/taste type problems. ;-) Gee, can you tell I'm just aching for one more chapter in which Duo sends Heero to nirvana and doesn't brood about it? Don't worry, just being greedy and overthinking. Loved this story to pieces!!!!!!

(^_^)*snickers* what an interesting way to end the story. i think I was hoping for a little more development or ya know just hearing a bit more about their relationship. But i think if you included such it could have detracted from the nice ending you made. Wow, I really liked this fic. *sniffs* but its over... Well I can always reread it. I think Heero should have made love to Duo, to show him how its done so when it was his turn he would *coughs* hold out a bit longer, I'm not just talking about sex but ya know just what couples do to help eachother understand their sexual ya know things *snickers* ok thanks for a great story, keep writing 'kay?!

Why is it that, although this fic is now officially over with the happy ending that has me grinning like a cheshire cat, I'm so sad? The only thing I can come up with is that I'm going to miss the characters as you've written them. As outlandish as the initial theme of this fic started out to be (and let's not forget that the characters are from an anime), the ending was believable and absolutely lovely. I love that Duo didn't think swallowing was all that and a bag of chips and that the boys didn't even have mind-blowing sex. I ended up believing that these were two very real people. Thank-you so much for sharing this fic with us! (BTW, True Grit is one of my favorite John Wayne movies...)

Once again, you have dazzled me with your writing. I was jumping in my seat while reading this chapter. I absolutely without a doubt love this story, from the first meeting to the long passionate kiss in the end. You have a remarkable talent and I hope u use it to the best of your abilities. Overall a fab story.
